Eco-Friendly Protection Coating Composition with Fire Retardant Ceramic and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides an eco-friendly ceramic non-flammable surface protection coating composition comprising: 1 to 10 parts by weight of a silane compound; 20 to 80 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide; 20 to 80 parts by weight of magnesium hydroxide; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a dispersant; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a curing agent; 1 to 5 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 1 to 5 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 1 to 3 parts by weight of a thickener; 1 to 3 parts by weight of a stabilizer; 1 to 3 parts by weight of a plasticizer; and 1 to 3 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent, based on 100 parts by weight of an acrylic resin. The surface protection coating composition according to the present invention, specifically, the eco-friendly ceramic non-flammable surface protection coating composition, does not emit harmful substances to be environmentally friendly and forms a physically and chemically stable coating film on a target surface to form a coating film to improve non-flammability, salt damage, neutralization prevention, waterproofness, corrosion resistance, etc.
본 발명은 아크릴 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 실란화합물 1 내지 10중량부; 수산화알루미늄 20 내지 80중량부; 수산화마그네슘 20 내지 80중량부; 분산제 1 내지 5중량부; 경화제 1 내지 5중량부; 나노세라믹입자 1 내지 5중량부; 탄산칼슘 1 내지 5중량부; 증점제 1 내지 3중량부; 안정제 1 내지 3중량부; 가소제 1 내지 3중량부; 및 소포제 1 내지 3중량부를 포함하는 친환경 세라믹 불연성 표면보호 코팅제 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 표면보호 코팅제 조성물, 특정적으로 친환경 세라믹 불연성 표면보호 코팅제 조성물은 유해물질을 배출하지 않아 친환경적이면서도 도막을 형성하기 위한 대상표면에 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 도막을 형성하여, 불연성, 염해, 중성화 방지, 방수성, 내부식성 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
