AUTO LOCKING DEVICE FOR SLIDING WINDOW WITH BUFFER
The present invention provides an automatic locking device for a sliding window with a buffer that is installed on a window together with an automatic locking assembly, can minimize the noise of collision between a locker and a striker by buffering the window while rapidly reducing the closing velocity of the window at the same time immediately before the locker of the automatic locking device collides with the striker of a window frame when the window is closed, and can prevent the deterioration of parts and damage to the parts caused by the shock of the locker and the striker. The automatic locking device for a window with a buffer according to the present invention further comprises: the buffer for buffering the window while reducing the closing velocity of the window at the same time at a position where the striker of the window frame is adjacent to a locker. The buffer includes: a fixated barrel body fixated to the case of an automatic locking assembly and having a decelerating exhaust hole formed therein; a moving barrel body installed to be able to move inside the fixated barrel body and having an accelerating exhaust groove formed therein; a pressurizing member installed to be able to move inside the moving barrel body; a buffering member fixated to the leading end part of a pressurizing member and made of silicone; a deceleration adjusting member arranged between the inside of the fixated barrel body and the decelerating exhaust hole and installed to adjust the size of the decelerating exhaust hole; and a length adjusting member included in the moving barrel body and installed to adjust the length of the leading end side of the moving barrel body.
본 발명은 창문에 자동잠금조립체와 함께 설치되어 창문을 닫을 때 자동잠금조립체의 록커가 창틀의 스트라이커에 충돌하기 직전에 창문의 닫힘 속도를 급격히 감속시킴과 동시에 완충시켜 록커와 스트라이커의 충돌 소음을 최소화할 수 있고, 또한 록커와 스트라이커의 충격에 의한 부품의 열화 및 부품파손을 방지할 수 있는 완충기구가 구비된 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 완충기구가 구비된 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치는, 창틀의 스트라이커가 록커에 근접한 위치에서 창문의 닫힘 속도를 감속시킴과 동시에 창문을 완충하기 위한 완충기구를 더 구비하며, 완충기구는, 자동잠금조립체의 케이스에 고정되고 감속배기공을 형성한 고정통체와, 고정통체 내에서 이동가능하게 설치되고, 가속배기홈을 형성한 이동통체와, 이동통체 내에서 이동가능하게 설치된 가압부재와, 가압부재 선단부에 고정된 실리콘 재질의 완충부재와, 고정통체의 내부와 감속배기공 사이에 구비되어 상기 감속배기공의 크기를 조절하도록 설치된 감속조절부재와, 이동통체에 구비되어 이동통체의 선단측 길이를 조절하도록 설치된 길이조절부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.

The present invention provides an automatic locking device for a sliding window with a buffer that is installed on a window together with an automatic locking assembly, can minimize the noise of collision between a locker and a striker by buffering the window while rapidly reducing the closing velocity of the window at the same time immediately before the locker of the automatic locking device collides with the striker of a window frame when the window is closed, and can prevent the deterioration of parts and damage to the parts caused by the shock of the locker and the striker. The automatic locking device for a window with a buffer according to the present invention further comprises: the buffer for buffering the window while reducing the closing velocity of the window at the same time at a position where the striker of the window frame is adjacent to a locker. The buffer includes: a fixated barrel body fixated to the case of an automatic locking assembly and having a decelerating exhaust hole formed therein; a moving barrel body installed to be able to move inside the fixated barrel body and having an accelerating exhaust groove formed therein; a pressurizing member installed to be able to move inside the moving barrel body; a buffering member fixated to the leading end part of a pressurizing member and made of silicone; a deceleration adjusting member arranged between the inside of the fixated barrel body and the decelerating exhaust hole and installed to adjust the size of the decelerating exhaust hole; and a length adjusting member included in the moving barrel body and installed to adjust the length of the leading end side of the moving barrel body.
본 발명은 창문에 자동잠금조립체와 함께 설치되어 창문을 닫을 때 자동잠금조립체의 록커가 창틀의 스트라이커에 충돌하기 직전에 창문의 닫힘 속도를 급격히 감속시킴과 동시에 완충시켜 록커와 스트라이커의 충돌 소음을 최소화할 수 있고, 또한 록커와 스트라이커의 충격에 의한 부품의 열화 및 부품파손을 방지할 수 있는 완충기구가 구비된 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 완충기구가 구비된 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치는, 창틀의 스트라이커가 록커에 근접한 위치에서 창문의 닫힘 속도를 감속시킴과 동시에 창문을 완충하기 위한 완충기구를 더 구비하며, 완충기구는, 자동잠금조립체의 케이스에 고정되고 감속배기공을 형성한 고정통체와, 고정통체 내에서 이동가능하게 설치되고, 가속배기홈을 형성한 이동통체와, 이동통체 내에서 이동가능하게 설치된 가압부재와, 가압부재 선단부에 고정된 실리콘 재질의 완충부재와, 고정통체의 내부와 감속배기공 사이에 구비되어 상기 감속배기공의 크기를 조절하도록 설치된 감속조절부재와, 이동통체에 구비되어 이동통체의 선단측 길이를 조절하도록 설치된 길이조절부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.
