Auto Locking Device for Sliding Window with Assist Opening Unit
Provided is an automatic locking device for a sliding window having an auxiliary opening mechanism, which can reduce an initial force by operating an auxiliary opening mechanism in a state in which a window is completely unlocked when a window handle for opening the window is operated, and maximally reduces a force required for an operation of the auxiliary opening mechanism by efficiently applying the same to provide assistance when the window is opened and improves handling of the window handle when the window is opened. The automatic locking device of the present invention comprises: an arm member having a fixed end to be freely rotatably installed in a housing around one axis, and having a free end to be rotated between a window closing position of being inserted into the housing and a window opening position of pushing and separating a window from a window frame; and a link member installed between an interlocking member and the arm member, and having a first pin connected to the interlocking member and a second pin connected to the arm member to allow a linear motion of the interlocking member to be interlocked with a rotational motion of the arm member. The second pin is deviated from a linear moving direction of the first pin connected to the interlocking member toward a rotational direction of the arm member, and is also positioned between the free end of the arm member and one axis which is a rotational center to apply the force in the same direction as the rotational direction of the arm member.
본 발명은 창문 개방을 위한 창문손잡이의 조작시 창문의 록킹이 완전히 해제된 상태에서 보조열림기구의 동작이 이루어지게 하여 초기에 드는 힘을 줄일 수 있음과 동시에, 보조열림기구의 동작에 소요되는 힘을 효율적으로 작용시켜 최대한 감소시킴으로써 창문을 열 때 도움을 주는 효과와 창문 개방시 창문손잡이의 조작감을 향상시킬 수 있는 보조열림기구가 구비된 미닫이 창호용 자동 록킹장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 보조열림기구가 구비된 미닫이 창호용 자동 록킹장치는, 하우징에 고정끝단이 일축을 중심으로 하여 회전 자유롭게 설치되고, 자유끝단은 하우징 내에 삽입되는 창문닫힘위치와 창문을 창틀로부터 밀어내어 이격시키는 창문열림위치 사이에서 회전하도록 된 아암부재와, 상기 연동부재와 아암부재 사이에 설치되어 제1 핀은 연동부재에 연결되고, 제2 핀은 아암부재에 연결되어 연동부재의 직선운동을 아암부재의 회전운동으로 연동시키는 링크부재를 포함하며, 상기 제2 핀은 연동부재와 연결된 제1 핀의 직선이동방향에서 아암부재의 회전방향쪽으로 벗어남과 동시에, 아암부재의 자유끝단과 회전중심인 일축 사이에 위치하여, 아암부재의 회전방향과 동일한 방향으로 힘을 가하도록 된 것에 특징이 있다.
