3 INTERLOCKING DEVICE OF TRIPLE SLIDING DOOR
The present invention relates to an interlocking device of a triple sliding door having a semiautomatic door opening and closing structure capable of manually opening and automatically closing doors interlocked to be overlapped triply. The interlocking device of a triple sliding door comprises: a rail portion which is provided with a first guide portion, a second guide portion, and a third guide portion in a lengthwise direction of an installation plate portion on the center of the lower portion, the front surface, and the rear surface of the installation plate portion fixed at the upper portion of a door frame; a slider portion which includes a first slider installed to be movable along the first guide portion to fix an intermediate door, a second slider installed to be movable along the second guide portion to fix a front door, and a third slider installed to be movable along the third guide portion to fix a rear door; a belt portion which is installed to rotate between a pair of pulleys installed at the upper portion of the first slider; an interlocking portion which is fitted into the second guide portion and the third guide portion, and fixes and couples the second slider and the third slider to the belt portion such that the front door and the rear door relatively move with respect to the intermediate door; and a cylinder portion which is installed in the first guide portion of the rail portion, is connected to the first slider, and moves the intermediate door in a door closing direction at the time of opening and closing the door to automatically close the door.
3중 중첩되게 연동하는 도어를 수동으로 열고 자동으로 닫을 수 있는 반자동 도어 개폐 구조를 갖는 3중 슬라이딩 도어의 연동장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 3중 슬라이딩 도어 연동장치는, 문틀의 상부에 고정되는 설치판부의 하부 중앙, 전면 및 후면에 제1안내부, 제2안내부 및 제3안내부가 설치판부의 길이방향으로 각각 형성되는 레일부; 제1안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되어 중간도어가 고정되는 제1슬라이더와, 제2안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되어 전면도어가 고정되는 제2슬라이더와, 제3안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되어 후면도어가 고정되는 제3슬라이더를 구비하는 슬라이더부; 제1슬라이더의 상부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 풀리 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 벨트부; 제2안내부 및 제3안내부에 끼워지고 제2슬라이더 및 제3슬라이더를 벨트부에 고정 결합하여 벨트부가 이동할 때 전면도어 및 후면도어가 중간도어와 상대 이동하도록 하는 연동부; 및 레일부의 제1안내부에 설치되어 제1슬라이더와 연결되며 도어 개폐 시 중간도어를 도어 닫히는 방향으로 이동시켜서 도어가 자동으로 닫히도록 구동하는 실린더부;를 포함할 수 있다.
3 INTERLOCKING DEVICE OF TRIPLE SLIDING DOOR
The present invention relates to an interlocking device of a triple sliding door having a semiautomatic door opening and closing structure capable of manually opening and automatically closing doors interlocked to be overlapped triply. The interlocking device of a triple sliding door comprises: a rail portion which is provided with a first guide portion, a second guide portion, and a third guide portion in a lengthwise direction of an installation plate portion on the center of the lower portion, the front surface, and the rear surface of the installation plate portion fixed at the upper portion of a door frame; a slider portion which includes a first slider installed to be movable along the first guide portion to fix an intermediate door, a second slider installed to be movable along the second guide portion to fix a front door, and a third slider installed to be movable along the third guide portion to fix a rear door; a belt portion which is installed to rotate between a pair of pulleys installed at the upper portion of the first slider; an interlocking portion which is fitted into the second guide portion and the third guide portion, and fixes and couples the second slider and the third slider to the belt portion such that the front door and the rear door relatively move with respect to the intermediate door; and a cylinder portion which is installed in the first guide portion of the rail portion, is connected to the first slider, and moves the intermediate door in a door closing direction at the time of opening and closing the door to automatically close the door.
3중 중첩되게 연동하는 도어를 수동으로 열고 자동으로 닫을 수 있는 반자동 도어 개폐 구조를 갖는 3중 슬라이딩 도어의 연동장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 3중 슬라이딩 도어 연동장치는, 문틀의 상부에 고정되는 설치판부의 하부 중앙, 전면 및 후면에 제1안내부, 제2안내부 및 제3안내부가 설치판부의 길이방향으로 각각 형성되는 레일부; 제1안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되어 중간도어가 고정되는 제1슬라이더와, 제2안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되어 전면도어가 고정되는 제2슬라이더와, 제3안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되어 후면도어가 고정되는 제3슬라이더를 구비하는 슬라이더부; 제1슬라이더의 상부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 풀리 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 벨트부; 제2안내부 및 제3안내부에 끼워지고 제2슬라이더 및 제3슬라이더를 벨트부에 고정 결합하여 벨트부가 이동할 때 전면도어 및 후면도어가 중간도어와 상대 이동하도록 하는 연동부; 및 레일부의 제1안내부에 설치되어 제1슬라이더와 연결되며 도어 개폐 시 중간도어를 도어 닫히는 방향으로 이동시켜서 도어가 자동으로 닫히도록 구동하는 실린더부;를 포함할 수 있다.
