BRICK WALL SUPPORT APPARATUS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BRICK WALL USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an outer brick wall support apparatus and a construction method of an outer brick wall using the same. An objective of the present invention is to provide an outer brick wall support apparatus and a construction method of an outer brick wall using the same which prevent an anchor bolt from interfering with a rebar arranged on a bearing wall while fixing a support means for supporting a masonry brick on the bearing wall by the anchor bolt, allow installation of the support means on a designed location, and facilitate installation of a support plate for supporting the masonry brick. To achieve the objective, the outer brick wall support apparatus comprises: a support means fixed on a bearing wall by an anchor bolt to support a masonry brick and inserted and fixed on the anchor bolt through a slot to adjust an installation height on the bearing wall; a support washer which is inserted and hung on the anchor bolt through a bolt hole, and presses and fixes the support means in a direction of the bearing wall when the anchor bolt is tightened; and a plurality of fixing pins mounted on the support means through the support washer to join and integrate the support washer and the support means to prevent the support means from sagging downwards through the slot by the weight of the masonry brick.
본 발명은 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 조적벽돌을 지지하기 위한 지지수단을 앵커볼트를 통해 내력벽에 고정하는 과정에서 상기 앵커볼트가 내력벽에 배근된 철근에 간섭되지 않도록 하면서 설계된 위치에 지지수단의 설치가 가능하도록 하고 조적벽돌을 받쳐주는 지지플레이트의 설치가 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 앵커볼트를 통해 내력벽에 고정되어 조적벽돌을 지지해주되, 내력벽상에서 설치 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 슬롯을 통해 앵커볼트에 끼워져 고정되는 지지수단; 상기 앵커볼트에 볼트홀을 통해 끼워져 걸려지고 앵커볼트의 조임시에 지지수단을 내력벽방향으로 가압 고정해주는 지지와셔; 상기 지지와셔를 통해 지지수단에 체결되어 지지와셔와 지지수단이 일체화되도록 결합해줌으로써 조적벽돌의 하중에 의해 지지수단이 슬롯을 통해 하부방향으로 처지는 것을 방지해주는 다수의 고정핀;을 포함하여 구성된 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법을 포함하여 구성된 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.

The present invention relates to an outer brick wall support apparatus and a construction method of an outer brick wall using the same.
