The present invention relates to a support device for an external brick wall and a construction method for an external brick wall using the same. After a bracket structure is formed as a brick support bracket is integrally connected by multiple bracket connection plates, the bracket structure is installed in a bearing wall. So, horizontal masonry of the brick is possible, and rapid and simple construction is conducted. An anchor hole is formed to be inclined, and the support device for an external brick wall enables the construction while avoiding reinforcing bars arranged in the bearing wall. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the support device for an external brick wall is installed to be fixed to the bearing wall and supports the multiple bricks piled while being separated from the bearing wall. The support device for an external brick wall comprises: the bracket structure; and a spiral reinforcing material formed as a plate-shaped metal material having a rectangular cross section is twisted in a spiral shape to have a fixed pitch, wherein the spiral reinforcing material supports the bricks by being placed on the upper part of a support unit of the brick support bracket. The bracket structure comprises: the multiple brick support brackets comprising a fixing unit fixed to the bearing wall by an anchor bolt and having the anchor hole inclined to avoid the reinforcing bar arranged in the bearing wall, and the support unit protruding from the fixing unit toward the brick; and the bracket connection plate integrally connecting the brick support brackets by being connected to the fixing unit of the brick support brackets.
본 발명은 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 연결판을 통해 다수의 브래킷연결판에 의해 벽돌지지브래킷을 일체로 연결하여 브래킷 구조체를 형성한 후 내력벽에 설치함으로써 벽돌의 수평한 조적이 가능하고 빠르고 간편한 시공이 이루어지도록 하며, 앵커홀을 경사지게 형성함으로써 내력벽에 배근된 철근을 회피하면서 시공이 가능하도록 하는 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 내력벽에 고정되도록 설치되고 내력벽에서 이격된 상태에서 조적되는 다수의 조적벽돌을 지지해주는 외부벽돌벽 지지장치에 있어서, 내력벽에 앵커볼트를 통해 고정되되 내력벽에 배근된 철근을 회피할 수 있도록 경사진 형태의 앵커홀이 형성되어 있는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 벽돌방향으로 돌출 형성되는 지지부로 이루어진 다수의 벽돌지지브래킷과, 상기 벽돌지지브래킷들의 고정부에 결합되어 다수의 벽돌지지브래킷들을 일체로 연결해주는 브래킷연결판으로 이루어진 브래킷 구조체; 장방형 단면을 갖는 평판 형태의 금속재를 일정한 피치를 갖도록 나선형으로 꼬아 형성되고 상기 벽돌지지브래킷의 지지부 상부에 놓여지도록 설치되어 벽돌들을 지지해주는 나선형 보강재;를 포함하여 구성되는 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
