The present invention relates to an external brick wall supporting device capable of accurate construction and a construction method for an external brick wall using the same. The external brick wall supporting device has a brick support bracket supporting an external brick wall by being installed in a bearing wall is formed in order for the length thereof to be controlled toward the external brick wall. So, the external brick wall supporting device capable of accurate construction enables the external brick wall to be smoothly constructed to correspond to a design condition even if smoothness of the bearing wall is not even. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the external brick wall supporting device is fixed to the bearing wall and supports multiple bricks piled while being separated from the bearing wall. The external brick wall supporting device comprises: the brick support bracket; and a support member supporting the bricks by being installed in a width direction of the bearing wall and supported in a moving unit of the brick support bracket. The brick support bracket comprises: a fixing unit having an anchor hole and fixed by an anchor bolt to the bearing wall; a support unit having at least two slots vertically separated and formed toward the brick, wherein the support unit protrudes from the fixing unit toward the brick; and the moving unit connected to the support unit by a bolt and a nut installed through the slot of the support unit and fixed by moving as much as the length of the slot to correspond to a designed position.
본 발명은 정밀 시공이 가능한 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 내력벽에 설치되어 외부벽돌벽을 지지해주는 벽돌지지브래킷이 외부벽돌벽 방향으로 길이 조절이 가능하도록 구성됨으로써 내력벽의 평활도가 평평하지 않더라도 설계조건에 맞도록 외부벽돌벽을 원활하게 시공할 수 있도록 하는 정밀 시공이 가능한 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 내력벽에 고정되도록 설치되고 내력벽에서 이격된 상태에서 조적되는 다수의 벽돌을 지지해주는 외부벽돌벽 지지장치에 있어서, 앵커홀이 형성되어 내력벽에 앵커볼트를 통해 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 벽돌 방향으로 돌출형성되고 벽돌 방향으로 형성되는 슬롯이 적어도 2개 이상 상,하로 이격되도록 형성되어 있는 지지부, 상기 지지부의 슬롯을 통해 설치되는 볼트 및 너트에 의해 지지부에 결합되고 설계된 위치에 맞도록 슬롯의 길이만큼 이동하여 고정되는 이동부로 이루어진 벽돌지지브래킷; 상기 벽돌지지브래킷의 이동부에 지지되어 내력벽의 폭 방향으로 설치되어 벽돌들을 지지해주는 지지부재;를 포함하여 구성되는 정밀 시공이 가능한 외부벽돌벽 지지장치 및 이를 이용한 외부벽돌벽 시공방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.
