QUICK COUPLER HAVING AUTOMATIC SAFETY PIN
According to the present invention, a quick coupler having an automatic safety pin comprises: a main body plate wherein an arm of an excavator is rotationally connected thereto, and a link branching from the arm is rotationally connected thereto; a fixing hook formed on the main body plate, and hung and mounted on a first connection part of a work instrument; a movable hook rotationally installed on the main body plate, and hung and mounted on a second connection part of the work instrument or separated from the second connection part; a cylinder to change a mounting state of the movable hook while pushing or pulling a movable shaft arranged to be separated from a rotary shaft of the movable hook; a safety pin which is rotationally installed on the main body plate, and supports a portion of the movable hook opposite to a hook around the rotary shaft to prevent the mounting state of the movable hook from loosening while the movable hook is mounted on the second connection part; and a linking unit linked to a position of the link to move the safety pin to a position where the movable hook is not supported.
본 발명은, 굴삭기의 암대가 회전 가능하게 연결되고 상기 암대로부터 분기되는 링크가 회전 가능하게 연결되는 본체플레이트; 상기 본체플레이트에 형성되고 작업기구의 제1연결대에 걸림결합되는 고정후크; 상기 본체플레이트에 회전 가능하게 설치되고 상기 작업기구의 제2연결대에 걸림결합 또는 분리되는 가동후크; 상기 가동후크의 회전축과 이격되게 배치되는 가동축을 밀거나 당기면서 상기 가동후크의 결합상태를 가변시키는 실린더; 상기 본체플레이트에 회전 가능하게 설치되고 상기 가동후크가 상기 제2연결대에 결합된 상태에서 상기 가동후크의 결합상태가 풀리는 것을 방지하도록 상기 회전축을 중심으로 상기 가동후크의 갈고리에 반대되는 부분을 지지하는 안전핀; 및 상기 링크의 위치와 연동하여 상기 안전핀을 상기 가동후크가 지지되지 않는 위치로 이동시키는 연동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
