CURTAIN WALL HAVING WATERTIGHT STRUCTURE
The present invention, in an existing curtain wall wherein multiple aluminum horizontal bars and multiple aluminum vertical bars are connected to each other in order to form a rectangular frame, relates to an improved curtain wall wherein a double glass window is fixated by the horizontal bars and the vertical bars by forming the vertical bars and the horizontal bars into pipe shapes with a rectangle cross section; forming a dovetailing female unit for an insulation bar open to an outdoor side on the centers of surfaces of the horizontal bars and the vertical bars facing the outdoor side to dovetail the insulation bar made of a polyamide material; forming seat units on the surfaces of the vertical and horizontal bars facing the outdoor side to seat a pair of cushion double-sided tapes; temporarily fixating the double glass window by using the cushion double-sided taps seated in the seat units; and coupling a bolt to a nut unit dovetailed to the insulation bar via a washer bar coming into contact with the double window glass while a watertight material (backup load sponge, weatherproof sealing material) is filled inside gaps between four sides of the double glass window to penetrate the bolt through the horizontal and vertical bars.
본 발명은, 종래와 같이 장방형 틀을 이루도록 복수개의 알루미늄재의 가로바아와 복수개의 알루미늄재의 세로바아가 서로 이음되어 있는 커튼월에서, 상기 가로바아와 상기 세로바아를 장방형 단면을 가진 관형부로 만들고, 폴리아미드재의 단열바아가 열장이음될 수 있도록 실외측에 면하고 있는 상기 가로바아와 상기 세로바아의 면의 중앙에 실외측으로 개방된 단열바아용 열장이음 암형부를 형성시키고, 그리고 한 쌍의 쿠션 양면테이프가 안착될 수 있도록 실외측에 면하고 있는 상기 가로바아와 상기 세로바아의 면의 양측에 시트부를 형성시키고, 상기 시트부에 안착된 쿠션 양면테이프를 이용하여 이중유리창을 임시고정한 후 상기 이중유리창의 4개의 변에 존재하는 틈에 수밀재(백업로드 스폰지, 내후성 밀봉재)를 삽입한 상태에서 볼트가 상기 이중유리창에 맞닿음된 워셔바아를 관통하여 상기 단열바아에 열장이음된 너트부에 체결되어서 상기 가로바아와 상기 세로바아에 관통되게 하여 상기 이중유리창을 상기 가로바아와 상기 세로바아에 고정시킨 개량된 커튼월에 관한 것이다.
