WATERTIGHT FRAME FOR CURTAIN WALL STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a watertight curtain wall frame structure capable of fundamentally preventing rainwater from penetrating into a coupling portion of a frame where an exterior panel such as a double-glass is fixed in a curtain wall structure of a building. According to the present invention, lattice-shaped vertical and horizontal frames in which an exterior panel is installed include: vertical and horizontal main body frames positioned in an indoor place inside the exterior panel; and vertical and horizontal apex frames positioned in an outdoor place outside the exterior panel. The vertical and horizontal apex frames include a support piece for fixing the exterior panel while being coupled to the vertical and horizontal main body frames, and a cover piece installed to be opened and closed in the support piece. In addition, an airtight gasket for sealing an inner space formed between the support piece and the cover piece is installed in the apex frame, of which at least an end is in contact with a side surface of another apex frame, at a part where the vertical and horizontal apex frames perpendicularly intersect with each other.
본 발명은 건축물의 커튼월 구조에서 이중유리 등의 외장패널을 고정시킨 프레임의 결합부위 내부로 빗물이 침투하는 것을 원천적으로 방지할 수 있는 수밀형 커튼월 프레임의 구조에 관한 것으로서, 외장패널이 설치되는 격자형상의 수직프레임과 수평프레임은, 외장패널 내측의 실내에 위치하는 수직 및 수평 본체프레임과 외장패널 외측의 실외에 위치하는 수직 및 수평 꼭지프레임으로 각각 구성되고, 상기 꼭지프레임은, 본체프레임과 결합되면서 외장패널을 고정시키는 지지편과, 상기 지지편에 개폐 가능하도록 설치되는 커버편으로 구성되며, 상기 수직 꼭지프레임과 수평 꼭지프레임이 수직으로 교차되는 부위에서, 적어도 단부가 다른 꼭지프레임의 측면에 접하는 꼭지프레임에는 지지편과 커버편의 사이에 형성되는 내부공간을 밀폐시키는 수밀 가스켓이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
