The present invention, in a fire prevention unit installed in a door frame, relates to the thermal expansion direction guiding type fire prevention unit for a door, capable of providing a passage to guide a thermal expansion sheet to be expanded through a gap between the door and the door frame when the thermal expansion sheet is expanded and transformed by heat and providing enough time for enabling the thermal expansion sheet to be expanded through the gap between the door and the door frame by forming a frame of which a thermal deformation temperature is higher than that of the thermal expansion sheet. To achieve this, the thermal expansion direction guiding type fire prevention unit for a door according to the present invention, in the closed door and the closed door frame, includes: a rectangular frame arranged in a protrusion unit of the door frame positioned in a front side of the door; the thermal expansion sheet arranged in the left side of the frame; and a supporting means arranged in the frame and supporting the thermal expansion sheet. The supporting means is composed of a first support horizontally connected to a left end of a front surface of the frame and supporting a front surface of the thermal expansion sheet. Additionally, the supporting means includes a guide means to provide the guide passage to guide the thermal expansion sheet through the gap between the door and the door frame.
본 발명은 도어틀에 설치된 방화유닛에서 가열팽창시트가 열에 의해 변형 팽창될 때에 도어와 도어틀 사이 틈새로 팽창 유도케 하기 위한 경로를 제공하고, 아울러 가열팽창시트 보다 열변형 온도가 높은 프레임을 마련하여 가열팽창시트가 도어와 도어틀 사이 틈새로 팽창되기 위한 충분한 시간을 제공할 수 있는 도어용 열팽창 방향 유도형 방화유닛에 관한 것이다. 이를 구현하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 도어용 열팽창 방향 유도형 방화유닛은, 닫힌 도어와 도어틀에서 도어 전방에 위치한 도어틀의 단턱부에 배치되는 사각 프레임; 상기 프레임 좌측에 배치되는 가열팽창시트; 및 상기 프레임에 배열되어 상기 가열팽창시트를 지지하기 위한 서포팅수단;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 서포팅수단은 상기 프레임의 전면(前面) 좌단부에서 수평 연결되어 상기 가열팽창시트 전면(前面)을 지지하게 되는 제1서포트로 이루어지고, 화재 시 상기 가열팽창시트가 도어와 도어틀 사이 틈새로 팽창되게끔 유도 경로를 제공하기 위한 가이드수단을 더 포함하도록 구현한다.
