Concrete Composition for Exhibition Facility and Preparation Methods of Artificial Rock for Exhibition Facility Using Thereof
Provided are a concrete composition and a method for producing an artificial rock for an exhibition facility. The concrete composition comprises: 5-30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate, 10-1000 parts by weight of aggregates, 1-10 parts by weight of lightweight material, 5-30 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles, 10-50 parts by weight of polymer resin, 10-80 parts by weight of fiber, 0.1-10 parts by weight of re-emulsified polymer powder, 1-8 parts by weight of foaming agent, 3-40 parts by weight of filler, 5-40 parts by weight of deformation preventing agent, and 0.01-10 parts by weight of a high-efficiency water-reducing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. The concrete composition according to the present invention: is able to increase the strength, promote the curing speed, and maintain a high level of watertightness of concrete; has excellent crack resistance, freezing-melting stability, pore compactibility, etc., thereby increasing the strength of concrete; and is able to prevent erosion caused by acid/alkali while not containing chloride, thereby being able to prevent environmental pollution.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부를 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 경량재 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 고분자 수지 10 내지 50중량부; 섬유 10 내지 80중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 1 내지 8중량부; 충진제 3 내지 40중량부; 변형방지제 5 내지 40중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 전시시설용 인공암 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 조성물은 강도증진 및 경화속도를 촉진시킬 수 있으며, 고도의 수밀성을 유지할 수 있고, 내균열성, 동결융해안정성 및 공극 충진성 등도 뛰어나 콘크리트의 강도를 증가시키는 한편, 산/알카리에 의한 침식을 방지할 수 있고, 아울러 염화물을 함유하지 않으므로 환경오염을 방지할 수 있는 콘크리트 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
