Panel Composition for Exhibition Facility Using Complex Material and Preparation Methods Thereof
The present invention provides a panel composition and a preparing method thereof. For 100 parts by weight of a polymer resin, the panel composition includes: 50 to 80 parts by weight of a composite fiber; 5 to 30 parts by weight of a water-based foam bit; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a lightweight material; 5 to 30 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a silane compound; 5 to 20 parts by weight of silica sand; 0.1 to 4 parts by weight of a water-swellable substance; 3 to 15 parts by weight of a flame retardant; 3 to 6 parts by weight of a release agent; 5 to 40 parts by weight of a deformation inhibitor; 2 to 20 parts by weight of a curing agent; 1 to 5 parts by weight of octyltriethoxysilane; and 2 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, the panel composition can be eco-friendly and has enhanced fire resistance and strength by using composite materials such as composite basalt fiber and glass fiber materials.
본 발명은 고분자 수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 복합섬유 50 내지 80중량부; 물유리계 폼비트 5 내지 30중량부; 경량재 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 5 내지 30중량부; 실란화합물 0.1 내지 10중량부; 규사 5 내지 20중량부; 수팽윤성물질 0.1 내지 4중량부; 난연제 3 내지 15중량부; 이형제 3 내지 6중량부; 변형방지제 5 내지 40중량부; 경화제 2 내지 20중량부; 옥틸트리에톡시실란 1 내지 5중량부; 및 안정제 2 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 패널조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 패널조성물은 복합소재, 예를 들면 현무암 섬유 및 유리섬유 복합소재를 이용하여 친환경적이며, 내화성 및 강도 등을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
