The present invention relates to a landscaping fence for a road, installed on the roadside to prevent an accident by a vehicle and providing a fine view, comprising: an overspeed preventing pumping mechanism installed on a road and sucking and discharging a fluid by pressurization of a passing vehicle; a plurality of storage base tanks storing a fluid discharged from the overspeed preventing pumping mechanism upon receiving the same, spaced apart from each other along the road, and embedded in the ground; and a fence body installed to erect and connected to the storage base bank to protect a pedestrian from a vehicle traveling on the road, and including a vegetation unit planting plants vegetated by the fluid stored in the storage base tank. The overspeed preventing pumping mechanism includes: an overspeed preventing cover pressed by the vehicle and restored to suck and discharge a fluid; a suction line connecting a water supply facility from which the fluid is received and the overspeed preventing pumping mechanism; and a discharge line discharging the fluid supplied to the overspeed preventing pumping mechanism through the suction line. The fence body includes: an absorbing member installed within the fence body, absorbing the fluid supplied to the storage base tank, and supplying the fluid to the vegetation unit; and a fluid transfer unit connecting the storage base tank and an adjacent storage base tank and transferring a fluid therebetween. Therefore, the present invention enables automatic water supply by vehicles traveling on the road.
본 발명은 도로 가에 설치되어 차량에 의한 안전사고의 발생을 방지함과 동시에 미관을 향상시키는 도로용 조경 울타리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 도로용 조경 울타리는 도로에 설치되어 지나는 차량의 가압에 의해 유체를 흡입하여 토출하는 과속방지 펌핑기구, 상기 과속방지 펌핑기구에서 토출되는 유체를 공급받아 저장하고 상기 도로를 따라 이격되어 바닥에 매립되는 복수 개의 저장기초탱크, 및 상기 저장기초탱크를 연결하는 형태로 세워 설치되어 도로를 지나는 차량에 의해 보행자를 보호하고, 상기 저장기초탱크에 저장된 유체에 의해 식생하는 식물을 식재하는 식생부를 포함하는 울타리본체를 포함하며, 상기 과속방지 펌핑기구는 상기 차량에 의해 가압되고 복원되어 유체를 흡입 및 토출하는 과속방지 펌핑기구, 상기 유체를 공급받는 급수설비와 상기 과속방지 펌핑기구를 연결하는 흡입라인, 및 상기 흡입라인을 통해 상기 과속방지 펌핑기구로 공급되는 유체를 토출하는 토출라인을 포함하고, 상기 울타리본체는 상기 울타리본체의 내부에 내장되어 상기 저장기초탱크로 공급된 유체를 흡수하여 상기 식생부로 공급하는 흡수부재, 및 상기 저장기초탱크와 인접한 저장기초탱크끼리를 연결하여 상호 유체를 전달하는 유체전달부를 포함한다. 따라서, 도로를 지나는 차량에 의해 자동을 물을 공급할 수 있다.
