본 발명은 차량 운전자의 시인성 및 주의력을 향상시켜 안전운전을 유도함은 물론 각종 캠페인이나 홍보 등의 이벤트 효과를 얻을 수 있는 도로용 방호책을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 일정 간격을 두고 지면에 고정되는 한 쌍의 지주와, 상기 지주들의 상단에 고정된 가드케이스와, 상기 가드케이스의 상면에 부착되고 태양에너지를 수집하여 전기에너지로 변환하는 솔라셀 모듈과, 상기 가드케이스에 내장되어 상기 솔라셀 모듈에서 생성된 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하고 출력 전력을 제어하는 전력변환장치와, 상기 가드케이스에 내장되어 상기 전력변환장치에서 출력되는 전기를 축전하는 축전기와, 상기 가드케이스의 적어도 어느 한쪽 측면에 부착되어 상기 축전기로부터 전기에너지를 공급받아 작동하는 LED 전광판 및 상기 LED 전광판과 접속되어 상기 LED 전광판으로 표출하는 화면을 제어하는 전광판 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로용 방호책을 개시한다.
The present invention is to provide a safety fence for a road capable of inducing safe driving by improving the visibility and attention of a vehicle driver and obtaining an event effect such as all kinds of campaigns or promotion, etc. For this, the present invention is to disclose the safety fence for a road comprising: a pair of supports fixated on the ground at regular intervals; a guard case fixated on the upper end of the supports; a solar cell module to collect solar energy and convert the solar energy into electric energy by being attached to the upper side of the guard case; a power conversion device which is embedded in the guard case that converts direct current power produced in the solar module into alternating current power, and controls output power; an electric condenser to accumulate electricity outputted from the power conversion device by being embedded in the guard case; an LED electronic board which is attached to at least one side of the guard case and operates by receiving electric energy from the electric condenser; and an electronic board control unit to control a screen shown on the LED electric board by being connected to the LED electric board.
