Non-shrink grout mortar composition for filling joint of precast concrete members
The present invention relates to a filler for a building precast concrete (PC) structure joint and, particularly, to a non-shrink grout mortar composition capable of securing integrity between PC members by improving bending strength and shrink resistance by applying a needle-shaped microfiller, which is a surface reactive inorganic material, in addition to cement, sand, an expander, a dispersant, a performance improving agent, and the like. The present invention provides a non-shrink grout mortar composition used for securing integrity between members by filling a building PC member joint therewith. The non-shrink grout mortar composition for filling a PC member joint includes 30-50 wt% of cement, 40-60 wt% of sand, 2-5 wt% of an expander, 1-3 wt% of a filler, 0.1-1.5 wt% of a dispersant, 1-2 wt% of a performance improving agent for reducing material separation and improving a surface condition, and 1-3 wt% of a needle-shaped microfiller.
본 발명은 건축용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물 접합부용 충전재에 관한 것으로, 시멘트, 모래, 팽창재, 분산제, 성능개선제 등과 더불어 표면반응성 무기질 재료인 침상 마이크로 필러를 함께 적용함으로써 휨강도 및 수축저항성을 향상시켜 PC 부재간 일체성을 확보하기 위한 무수축 그라우트 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「건축용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재 접합부에 충전하여 부재 간 일체성을 확보하기 위해 사용되는 무수축 그라우트 모르타르 조성물로서, 시멘트 30~50wt%, 모래 40~60wt%, 팽창재 2~5wt%, 충전재 1~3wt%, 분산제 0.1~1.5wt%, 재료분리 저감 및 표면상태 개선을 위한 성능개선제 1~2wt% 및 침상 마이크로 필러 1~3wt%를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 PC(Precast Concrete) 부재 접합부 충전용 무수축 그라우트 모르타르 조성물」을 제공한다.
