NON-SHRINK GROUT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout composition which prevents material separation under not only normal temperature but also low temperature environment while having high flowability, has non-shrink property, and has high strength development.SOLUTION: The non-shrink grout composition contains (A) 100 pts.mass of cement, (B) 3-6 pts.mass of an expansive material, (C) 0.5-1 pt.mass of a water-reducing agent, (D) 0.1-0.3 pt.mass of a setting accelerator, (E) 0.0005-0.002 pt.mass of a foaming agent, (F) 50-90 pts.mass of a limestone aggregate having a particle size composition of 0.5-10 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of 1.2 mm or more and less than 2.5 mm, 35-55 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of 0.6 mm or more and less than 1.2 mm, 20-50 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of 0.3 mm or more and less than 0.6 mm, and 5-35 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of less than 0.3 mm, and (G) 10-50 pts.mass of a natural aggregate that is other than the limestone aggregate having a particle size composition of 35-70 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of 1.2 mm or more and less than 2.5 mm, 25-55 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of 0.6 mm or more and less than 1.2 m and 1-10 mass% of the limestone aggregate having a particle size of less than 0.6 mm, and has a density of 2.3 g/cmor more and less than 3.0 g/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】常温環境下に限らず低温環境下において、高い流動性を有するにも拘わらず材料分離が発生せず、無収縮性を有し、且つ高い強度発現性のグラウト組成物を提供する。【解決手段】(A)セメント100質量部、(B)膨張材3〜6質量部、(C)減水剤0.5〜1質量部、(D)凝結促進剤0.1〜0.3質量部、(E)発泡剤0.0005〜0.002質量部、(F)粒径1.2mm以上2.5mm未満が0.5〜10質量%、粒径0.6mm以上1.2mm未満が35〜55質量%、粒径0.3mm以上0.6mm未満が20〜50質量%、粒径0.3mm未満が5〜35質量%の粒度構成である石灰石骨材50〜90質量部および(G)粒径1.2mm以上2.5mm未満が35〜70質量%、粒径0.6mm以上1.2mm未満が25〜55質量%および粒径0.6mm未満が1〜10質量%の粒度構成である石灰石骨材以外であり、且つ、密度2.3g/cm3以上3.0g/cm3未満の天然骨材10〜50質量部を含有することを特徴とする無収縮グラウト組成物。【選択図】なし
