Non-Shrink Grout Material Composition
The present disclosure relates to a non-shrinking heat-resistant grout material having acid resistance, alkali resistance, injection ability, penetration ability, impact resistance, crack resistance, adhesive property, and storability at the same time. Particularly, the present disclosure relates to a technology for providing the non-shrinking heat-resistant grout material applied to a power plant, a petrochemical plant, a textile chemical plant and so on, which are operated at a high temperature ranging from 300 to 800 C, with the acid resistance, the alkali resistance, the impact resistance, and the crack resistance, and without deformation. The applied non-shrinking heat-resistant grout material according to the present disclosure has a basic composition including 42 5 wt% of cement based on solids content, 34 5 wt% of No. 5 silica sand, 15 5 wt% of No. 4 silica sand, 6.2 1.0 wt% of balloons (volcanic ash), 2.5 0.5 wt% of calcium sulfer aluminate (CSA), and 0.3 0.2 wt% of a superplasticizer. 0.08 0.02 wt% of an antifoaming agent and 0.08 0.02 wt% of a polypropylene fiber (P.P fiber) are added to the basic composition of the grout material.
본원은 내산성, 내알카리성, 주입성, 유입성, 내충격성, 내크랙성, 부착성, 및 저장성을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 무수축 내열 그라우트재 관련 기술이다. 본원은 특히 300~800℃ 범위로 높은 온도조건에서 운전되는 발전소, 석유화학공장, 섬유화학공장 등에서 내산성, 내알카리성, 내충격성, 내크랙성을 갖고 변형이 없도록 적용되는 무수축 내열 그라우트재를 제공하고자 하는 기술이다. 본원에서 적용되는 무수축 내열 그라우트재는 고형분 기준으로 시멘트 42±5 wt%, 5호규사 34±5 wt%, 4호규사 15±5 wt%, 바룬(화산재) 6.2±1.0 wt%, CSA(Calcium sulfer aluminate) 2.5±0.5 wt%, 유동화재 0.3±0.2 wt%가 포함되어 이루어진 기본조성을 갖는 무수축 내열 그라우트재에 관한 것으로, 상기 그라우트재 기본 조성에 소포제 0.08±0.02 wt%, P.P(PolyPropylene) 화이버 0.08±0.02 wt%가 추가되어 적용되는 무수축 내열 그라우트재 관련 기술이다.
