Water leakage prevention device constructing method for bridge
The present invention provides a construction method of a water leakage preventing device for a bridge, capable of minimizing damage to an upper front end which is a weak part of a slab, enabling construction regardless of a distance of separation between a material of a drainage sheet and the slab. According to the present invention, the construction method of the water leakage preventing device for a bridge comprises: (S1) a base bar installation step of fixing a base bar (10) to the slab (S) by a connection unit (B1) after the base bar (10) is mounted on a bottom surface (R-1) of a front end groove (R) of the slab (S) separated from each other; (S2) a drainage sheet installation step of individually placing a support unit (22) on an upper surface of the base bar (10) in order for a main body (21) to be supported by the support unit (22) by placing the drainage sheet (20) in a space between the slabs (S), wherein the drainage sheet (20) includes the main body (21) having a drainage groove (21a) and the support unit (22) extended from the main body (21) to an outer side; and (S3) a drainage sheet fixing step of pressing and fixing the support unit (22) by being fixed to the base bar (10) by the connection unit (B2) after a sheet fixing bar (30) is placed on an upper surface of the support unit (22) of the drainage sheet (20). According to the embodiment of the present invention, the construction method of the water leakage preventing device for a bridge is able to minimize damage to the upper front end which is a weak part of the slab, enabling construction regardless of the distance of separation between the material of the drainage sheet and the slab.
본 발명은 교량용 누수방지장치 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상호 이격된 슬래브(S)의 선단홈(R) 바닥면(R-1)에 베이스바(10)를 안착한 다음 체결수단(B1)을 매개로 베이스바(10)를 슬래브(S)에 고정하는 베이스바 설치단계(S1); 상기 슬래브(S) 사이 공간으로, 배수홈(21a)을 갖춘 본체(21)와 본체(21)로부터 외측으로 연장되는 지지부(22)로 구성된 배수시트(20)를 개입시켜 지지부(22)에 의해 본체(21)가 지지될 수 있도록 베이스바(10)의 상면에 지지부(22)를 각각 얹혀주는 배수시트 설치단계(S2); 상기 배수시트(20)의 지지부(22) 상면에 시트고정바(30)를 얹혀준 다음 체결수단(B2)를 매개로 베이스바(10)에 고정되어 지지부(22)를 가압해 고정하는 배수시트 고정단계(S3);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 실시 예에 의하면, 슬래브의 취약부분인 상부 선단부의 파손을 최소화할 수 있고, 배수시트의 재질 및 슬래브 사이의 이격거리에 상관없이 시공(설치)가능한 이점이 있다.
