WATER LEAKAGE PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR BRIDGE, AND FORMATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage prevention structure that effectively prevents water leakage at a manhole or other open holes of a steel bridge closed by a cover member.SOLUTION: A water leakage prevention structure is configured by fixing a bottom member 1 at a periphery of an open hole α through a steel plate 100, and mounting and fixing a cover member 2 to the bottom member 1. The bottom member 1 includes an annular base part 11 fixing the bottom member fluid-tightly along the entire periphery of the open hole α, a first annular wall 12 erected on the base part 11, and a boss part 13 erected outside of the first annular wall 12 on the base part 11. The cover member 2 includes a top plate 21 provided to cover the bottom member 1, and a second annular wall 22 provided on a surface of the top plate 21 opposite to the bottom member 1, to protrude along an entire circumference around the first annular wall 12, outside of the first annular wall 12. The cover member 2 is fixed with a bolt at the boss part 13 of the bottom member 1. The bottom member 1 is made of a fiber-reinforced plastic, and the base part 11 thereof is fixed on the steel plate 100 with an adhesive 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】鋼製橋梁のマンホール等の貫通孔を蓋部材で閉塞する箇所で生じる漏水を効果的に防止する漏水防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】漏水防止構造は、鋼板100の貫通孔αの周縁に底部部材1を固定し、この底部部材1に蓋部材2を載置固定して構成される。底部部材1を、貫通孔αの周縁に全周に亘って液密に固定する環状の基部11と、この基部11から立設された第1の環状壁12と、基部11の第1の環状壁12よりも外側に立設されたボス部13とを有して構成し、蓋部材2を、底部部材1を覆うように設けられた天板21と、この天板21の底部部材1と対向する面に設けられ、第1の環状壁12より外側において該第1の環状壁12の周囲に全周に亘って突設された第2の環状壁22とを有して構成し、蓋部材2を底部部材1のボス部13にボルト留めにて固定する。底部部材1をFRPで構成し、その基部11を、鋼板100に接着剤60により固定する。【選択図】 図5
