The present invention relates to non-point pollution reducing facilities including a non-point pollution oil removal apparatus which comprises: an oil removal conveyor (10) having a conveyor belt on which a plurality of oil removal buckets (11) for scooping up oil floating on the surface of rainwater inserted in a first pretreatment tank (110) and then pouring the oil into oil trays (21) of an oil storage device (20) are formed; the oil storage device (20) consisting of a plurality of the oil trays (21) which receive oil from the oil removal buckets (11) of the oil removal conveyor (10) and store the oil; a tray rotating device (30) which rotates the oil trays (21) of the oil storage device (20); an oil removal elevation device (40) which elevates the oil removal conveyor (10) and the oil storage device (20) along the surface of water to enable the oil removal buckets (11) of the oil removal conveyor (10) to scoop the oil on the surface of the water and pour the oil into the oil trays (21); a horizontal transfer device (50) which horizontally transfers the oil removal conveyor (10) and the oil storage device (20); and the oil removal control device (60) which controls the oil removal conveyor (10) and the oil storage device (20) to be elevated along the surface of the water by sensing the surface of the water of the first pretreatment tank (10). Therefore, the non-point pollution reducing facilities including a non-point pollution oil removal apparatus can separate oil from rainwater, including various pollutants, in an early phase and purify the rainwater in an easy manner by removing the oil floating on the surface of the rainwater in the early phase which enters from a rainwater pipe and includes non-point pollutants by using the oil removal device. Accordingly, the non-point pollution reducing facilities including a non-point pollution oil removal apparatus can provide an effect of processing non-point pollutants included in rainwater.
본 발명은 비점 오염 유분 제거장치를 포함하는 비점오염 저감시설에 관한 것으로, 제 1 전처리조(110)에 유입된 우수의 수면 위에 떠 있는 유분을 퍼서 유분 저장장치(20)의 유분 받이 트레이(21)에 담는 다수의 유분 제거버켓(11)이 콘베어 벨트에 형성되는 유분 제거 콘베어(10)와; 상기 유분 제거 콘베어(10)의 유분 제거버켓(11)에서 유분을 공급받아 저장하는 다수의 유분 받이 트레이(21)로 구성되는 유분 저장장치(20)와; 상기 유분 저장장치(20)의 유분 받이 트레이(21)를 회전시키는 트레이 회전장치(30)와; 상기 유분 제거 콘베어(10)의 유분 제거버켓(11)이 수면의 유분을 퍼서 유분 받이 트레이(21)에 담도록 상기 유분 제거 콘베어(10)와 유분 저장장치(20)를 수면을 따라 승강하게 하는 유분 제거 승강장치(40)와; 상기 유분 제거 콘베어(10)와 유분 저장장치(20)를 수평으로 이동시키는 수평이동장치(50)와; 제 1 전처리조(10)의 수면을 감지하여 상기 유분 제거 콘베어(10)와 유분 저장장치(20)를 수면을 따라 승강하도록 제어하는 유분 제거 제어장치(60)를 포함하여 구성되어 우수관로에서 유입되는 비점오염원이 포함된 초기 강우에서 수면 위에 부유하는 유분을 유분 제거 장치를 사용하여 제거함으로써 다양한 오염원이 다량 함유된 초기 우수의 유분을 용이하게 분리하여 정화할 수 있고, 우수에 포함된 비점 오염원을 처리하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
