NON-POINT POLLUTION DECREASE FACILITIES
The present invention relates to a non-point source pollutants reduction facility, which decreases water pollutants discharged in an unspecified manner, and comprises: a treatment structure divided into a pre-treatment tank and a filtration tank by a vertical side wall at which an overflow hole is formed and which is positioned therebetween; a composite screen arranged in the pre-treatment tank in order to filter floating materials and waste in rain outflow water introduced into the pre-treatment tank; a constant flow sluice formed at an entrance of the overflow hole facing the pre-treatment tank in order to control an inflow volume of pre-treated water overflowing towards the filtration tank; a drum screen provided in a vertical cylindrical shape to be arranged in the filtration tank, and receiving the pre-treated water overflowing through the overflow hole before precipitating heavy non-point source pollutants in the pre-treated water while adsorbing impurities therein, thereby discharging filtered water; a plurality of filtration modules arranged to surround a radial outer part of the drum screen, and receiving the filtered water discharged by the drum screen to allow granular filter media and a plurality of fiber filter media to pass therethrough while collecting the non-point source pollutants, before discharging the filtered water towards the filtration tank; and a back washing means arranged in each of the filtration modules in order to shake off the non-point source pollutants collected by the fiber filter media while directly spraying back wash water to a filtering surface of the granular filter media and the plurality of fiber filter media in order to wash the same.
본 발명은 불특정하게 배출되는 수질 오염 물질을 줄일 수 있게 하는 비점오염물 저감시설에 관한 것으로, 월류공이 형성된 수직한 측벽을 사이에 두고 전처리조와 여과조로 분할되는 처리 구조물; 전처리조 내에 배치되어 전처리조로 유입되는 강우 유출수 내의 부유물 및 쓰레기를 걸러내는 복합스크린; 전처리조와 마주하는 월류공의 입구 측에 형성되어 여과조 측으로 월류하는 전처리수의 유입 유량을 조절하는 정유량 수문; 수직한 원통형상으로 제공되어 여과조 내에 배치되고, 월류공을 월류하는 전처리수를 유입 받아 전처리수 내의 무거운 비점오염물질은 침전시키고 흡잡물은 흡착시키면서 여과수를 유출시키는 드럼 스크린; 드럼 스크린의 방사상 바깥쪽을 감싸도록 배치되고, 드럼 스크린에서 유출되는 여과수를 유입 받아 입상여재 및 다수의 섬유여재를 통과시키면서 비점오염물질을 포집하면서 여과수를 상기 여과조 측으로 유출시키는 다수의 여과모듈; 및 각각의 여과모듈 내부에 배치되어 섬유여재에 포집된 비점오염물질을 떨어내면서 역세수를 입상여재 및 다수의 섬유여재의 여과면 측으로 직접 분사해 세척시키는 역세척 수단;을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a non-point source pollutants reduction facility, which decreases water pollutants discharged in an unspecified manner, and comprises: a treatment structure divided into a pre-treatment tank and a filtration tank by a vertical side wall at which an overflow hole is formed and which is positioned therebetween; a composite screen arranged in the pre-treatment tank in order to filter floating materials and waste in rain outflow water introduced into the pre-treatment tank; a constant flow sluice formed at an entrance of the overflow hole facing the pre-treatment tank in order to control an inflow volume of pre-treated water overflowing towards the filtration tank; a drum screen provided in a vertical cylindrical shape to be arranged in the filtration tank, and receiving the pre-treated water overflowing through the overflow hole before precipitating heavy non-point source pollutants in the pre-treated water while adsorbing impurities therein, thereby discharging filtered water; a plurality of filtration modules arranged to surround a radial outer part of the drum screen, and receiving the filtered water discharged by the drum screen to allow granular filter media and a plurality of fiber filter media to pass therethrough while collecting the non-point source pollutants, before discharging the filtered water towards the filtration tank; and a back washing means arranged in each of the filtration modules in order to shake off the non-point source pollutants collected by the fiber filter media while directly spraying back wash water to a filtering surface of the granular filter media and the plurality of fiber filter media in order to wash the same.
