Table form and construction method for slab using the same
The present invention relates to a table mold device and a slab construction method using the same, capable of significantly reducing noise and time during assembly and disassembly by integrating a supporting post, a sleeper, and a joist which forms a mold through one device. More specifically, the table mold device of the present invention comprises: a plurality of hory beams including a support plate including a support bar and a curved part combined with each of both ends of the support bar curved downwards, and placed in a longitudinal direction of a construction target area; at least one panel member placed on an upper part of the hory beams; a pair of square pipes placed in parallel with the lower part of the support plate in a placement direction of the hory beams; at least two erecting supports connected in parallel with the lower surface of the square pipes to support the square pipes from the ground; and a combination member connecting the panel member and the support plate with the erecting supports.
본 발명은 거푸집을 구성하는 동바리, 멍에재, 장선재 등이 일 장치를 통해 일체화시켜 조립 및 해체 시 소요되던 시간과 소음을 획기적으로 저감시킬 수 있는 테이블 거푸집 장치 및 이를 이용한 슬래브 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 본 발명의 테이블 거푸집 장치는, 지지바 및 상기 지지바의 양끝단에 각각 결합되고 하향으로 절곡된 절곡부를 갖는 지지플레이트를 포함하며, 시공 대상 영역의 길이방향을 따라 배치되는 복수의 호리빔(Hory Beam); 상기 호리빔의 상부에 안치되는 하나 이상의 판부재; 상기 호리빔의 배치 방향을 따라 지지플레이트 하부에 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 각관; 상기 각관의 하부면에 수직방향으로 적어도 둘 이상이 평행하게 연결되어 각관를 지면으로부터 지지하도록 하는 직립형 서포트; 및 상기 판부재 및 지지플레이트를 상기 직립형 서포트에 연결하기 위한 체결부재;를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
