The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a wood deck top plate and a construction method thereof. The structure allows a top plate member to be installed on an upper portion of both side beams through an assembly only in a field while preventing the head of a screw or the head of a bolt from being exposed on the top plate member. According to the present invention, a top plate structure, which is installed on both side beams of a deck rod which are disposed on both sides in a longitudinal direction, comprises: a pin insertion portion formed on the inner side of the both side beams so as to face each other; an upper plate member comprising one or more deck plates; and two fixing brackets on both sides provided on both sides of a lower portion of the upper plate member. Each of the fixing brackets has a pin through hole through which a fixing pin inserted in the pin insertion portion is inserted from the inside to the outside, and a pin pushing plate for preventing a detachment of the fixing pin is formed at each rear of the fixing brackets by pushing the inside of the fixing pin which is mounted on both sides of a lower portion of another upper plate member projected from the rear of the upper plate member and disposed immediately rearward.
본 발명은 상판부재의 상부에 나사못의 머리나 볼트의 머리가 노출되지 않게 하면서, 현장에서 조립만을 통해 양측 빔의 상부에 상판부재를 시공할 수 있도록 하는 목재데크 상판결합구조 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 양측에 나란하게 전후 방향으로 위치되는 데크로드의 양측 빔에 시공되는 상판구조에 있어서, 상기 상판구조는 상기 양측 빔의 내측에 서로 마주보게 형성되는 핀 삽입부와; 하나 이상의 데크판으로 구성되는 상판부재와; 상기 상판부재의 하부 양측에 각각 구비되고, 각각에는 상기 핀 삽입부에 삽입되는 고정핀이 내측에서 외측으로 관통 장착되는 핀 관통홀이 형성되고, 각각의 후방에는 상판부재의 후방으로 돌출되어 바로 후방에 위치되는 다른 상판부재의 하부 양측에 장착된 고정핀의 내측을 외측으로 눌러주어 고정핀의 이탈을 방지하는 핀 누름판이 형성되는 양측의 두 개의 고정 브래킷;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
