The present invention provides a deck road construction method and a deck road constructed thereby. The deck road construction method comprises: a step of installing each of first-1 and first-2 cantilever parts; a step of installing a first support pipe; a step of preparing a trolley part; a step of advancing and fixing the trolley part to move the trolley part forward to a predetermined distance; a step of lowering a work board (55) of the trolley part; a step of installing and fixing a first-3 cantilever part; a step of separating the trolley part; a step of moving the trolley part backward; a step of raising the work board of the trolley part; a step of sequentially installing the cantilever parts; a step of installing a second-1 cantilever part; a step of installing a second support pipe; a step of installing a second-2 cantilever part and sequentially installing cantilever parts; and after completion of the step of sequentially installing the support pipes and the step of sequentially installing the cantilever parts, a step of recovering the trolley part; and a step of installing stepping decks (60) on the upper surface of the support pipes fixed to each cantilever part according to first, second, and subsequent orders. Therefore, the deck road construction method can significantly reduce construction duration and costs.
