A Composition for Reinforcing Soft Ground and Restoring Depressed structures including Urethane and Clay for Solidifying Ground and Construction Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing pile which comprises, based on 100 wt% of clay, 50 to 1,000 wt% of an aggregate; 20 to 50 wt% of a glycidyl methacrylate resin; 10 to 70 wt% of a polyol mixture; 5 to 40 wt% of an isocyanate mixture; 2 to 20 wt% of a foaming agent; 5 to 20 wt% of an amine compound; 1 to 10 wt% of a surfactant; 1 to 10 wt% of a dispersant; 2 to 20 wt% a binder; and 3 to 15 wt% of nano-ceramic particles, and to a construction method using the same. The present invention uses the composition for soft ground reinforcement and restoration of a settlement structure to have an effect of completing the reinforcement and restoration work in a short time by simple construction using perforations.
본 발명은 점토질 흙 100중량부 기준으로, 골재 50 내지 1,000중량부; 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트계 수지 20 내지 50중량부; 폴리올 혼합물 10 내지 70중량부; 이소시아네이트 혼합물 5 내지 40중량부; 발포제 2 내지 20중량부; 아민 화합물 5 내지 20중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 결합제 2 내지 20중량부; 및 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원에 관한 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원에 관한 조성물을 이용하여 천공을 이용한 간단한 시공으로 짧은 시간에 보강 및 복원작업을 완료할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
