A Composition for Reinforcing Soft Ground and Restoring Depressed structures including Urethane for Solidifying Ground and Construction Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing soft ground and restoring subsided structures including urethane for solidifying the ground which, based on 100 parts by weight of an oleophilic resin, comprises the following: 10 to 30 parts by weight of a polyol compound; 5 to 20 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound; 1 to 15 parts by weight of a foaming agent; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an amine compound; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a dispersant; 2 to 20 parts by weight of a binder; and 3 to 15 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles. The present invention also relates to a construction method using the composition. The composition for reinforcing soft ground and restoring subsided structures contains urethane for solidifying the ground, etc., thereby being effective in completing a reinforcement and restoration work in a short time by a simple construction using the piercing.
본 발명은 친유성 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 폴리올 화합물 10 내지 30중량부; 이소시아네이트 화합물 5 내지 20중량부; 발포제 1 내지 15중량부; 아민 화합물 3 내지 15중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 결합제 2 내지 20중량부; 및 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원제 조성물은 지반 고결용 우레탄 등이 포함되어, 천공을 이용한 간단한 시공으로 짧은 시간에 보강 및 복원작업을 완료할 수 있도록 하는 것에 효과가 있다.
