A Composition for Reinforcing Soft Ground and Restoring Depressed structures including Urethane and Cement for Solidifying Ground and Construction Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a composite for the reinforcement of soft ground and the recovery of a sunken structure and a construction method using the same. Based on 100 parts by weight of cement, the composite includes: 10-40 parts by weight of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 20-50 parts by weight of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) resin; 10-70 parts by weight of a polyol compound; 5-40 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound; 2-20 parts by weight of a blowing agent; 5-20 part by weight of an amine compound; 1-10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 1-10 parts by weight of a dispersant; 2-20 parts by weight of an accelerating agent; 2-20 parts by weight of a bonding agent; 3-15 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of water reducing admixture. Thus, the present invention is capable of completing reinforcement and recovery work for a short time through simple construction making holes with the composite.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 40중량부, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트(GMA)계 수지 20 내지 50중량부; 폴리올 화합물 10 내지 70중량부; 이소시아네이트 화합물 5 내지 40중량부; 발포제 2 내지 20중량부; 아민 화합물 5 내지 20중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 급결제 2 내지 20중량부; 결합제 2 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 15중량부; 및 감수제 0.1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원에 관한 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원에 관한 조성물을 이용하여 천공을 이용한 간단한 시공으로 짧은 시간에 보강 및 복원작업을 완료할 수 있도록 하는 것에 효과가 있다.
