A Composition for Reinforcing Soft Ground and Restoring Depressed structures including Clay and Construction Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing the soft ground and restoring depressed structures and a construction method using the same. The composition comprises: 10 to 40 parts by weight of a glycidyl methacrylate resin; 20 to 50 parts by weight of a polymer powder resin; 50 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 10 to 30 parts by weight of silicate; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a dispersant; 2 to 20 parts by weight of a coupling agent; and 3 to 15 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles based on 100 parts by weight of clay. By using the composition for reinforcing the soft ground and restoring depressed structures including clay, reinforcement and restoration operations can be completed in a short time with a simple construction method through perforation.
본 발명은 점토질 흙 100중량부 기준으로, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트계 수지 10 내지 40중량부; 고분자 분말 수지 20 내지 50중량부; 골재 50 내지 1,000중량부; 실리케이트 10 내지 30중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 결합제 2 내지 20중량부; 및 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원에 관한 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 점토질 흙을 포함하는 연약지반 보강 및 침하구조물 복원에 관한 조성물을 이용하여 천공을 이용한 간단한 시공으로 짧은 시간에 보강 및 복원작업을 완료할 수 있도록 하는 것에 효과가 있다.
