Repairing Method for Crack of Concrete Floor
The present invention relates to a method to repair crack on a concrete floor, comprising: a first step of performing V cutting using a three-blade cutter to form a V-shaped cutting part in a cracked portion and vertical cutting forming a right-angled cutting part formed on both sides of the V-shaped cutting part by a predetermined width and a predetermined vertical depth; a second step of cleaning a concrete floor surface including the V-shaped cutting part and the right-angled cutting part, and removing foreign matters therefrom; a third step of coating a primer to increase a bonding force for a finishing material of a predetermined area including the V-shaped cut part and the right-angled cut part to form a primer layer; and a fourth step of coating the finishing material for finishing and formation of a waterproof layer on the primer layer to form a finishing layer. According to the present invention, provided are effects capable of effectively repairing a crack of a predetermined size and preventing propagation of the crack.
본 발명의 콘크리트 바닥 균열 보수 방법은 균열 부위를 3날 커팅장치를 사용하여 V형커팅부를 형성시키는 V커팅과, 상기 V형커팅부의 양측에 각각 일정 폭과 수직으로 일정 깊이로 형성되며 수직각형커팅부를 형성시키는 수직커팅을 하는 균열부 커팅단계인 제1단계와; 상기 V형커팅부와 수직각형커팅부를 포함한 콘크리트 바닥면을 깨끗하게 청소하고 불순물을 제거하는 표면 정리단계인 제2단계와; 상기 V형커팅부와 수직각형커팅부를 포함한 일정 면적을 마감재가 부착되는 부착력 향상을 위해 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성시키는 프라이머층 형성단계인 제3단계와; 상기 프라이머층 위에 마감처리 및 방수층 형성을 위해 마감재를 도포하여 마감층을 형성하는 마감층 형성단계인 제4단계를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 3날 커팅장치는 균열부의 커팅을 담당하는 커터블레이드부와; 상기 커터블레이드부을 회전시키는 회전모터부와 상기 3날 커팅장치를 이동시키는 탈부착이 가능한 가이드롤러부와 상기 커터블레이드부의 일부를 감싸는 블레이드커버부와, 과부하방지경고부를 포함하는 회전케이싱장치부로 구성되고, 상기 커터블레이드부는 원판 형상으로 이루어진 블레이드본체부와; 상기 블레이드본체부의 원판 단부에 형성되고 다이아몬드 분말이 소결되어 제작된 커터팁부과; 상기 블레이드본체부가 끼워져 조립되는 회전축부을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명의 콘크리트 바닥 균열 보수 방법에 따르면 일정 크기의 균열을 효과적으로 보수할 수 있고, 균열의 진행을 방지할 수 있으며, 보수한 곳의 재균열을 방지할 수 있고, 균열 부분으로 수분이 침투하는 것을 방지하는 방수 효과와 구조물의 수명을 연장할 수 있다.
