본 발명은 고 열전도도의 질화규소 소결체를 얻기 위해 원료분말을 사전 열처리하고 소결체 내부에 유입되는 산소 농도를 최소화할 수 있는 비산화물계 소결 조제를 사용하여 고 열전도도 질화규소 소결체의 제조 방법으로서, 질화규소 원료분말을 사전에 열처리하는 단계; 열처리된 원료분말과 비산화물계 소결 조제를 혼합하여 분산하는 단계; 혼합 및 분산하여 얻은 슬러리를 건조하는 단계; 건조된 혼합분말을 냉간 등방 가압법(CIP)으로 성형하는 단계 및 고온 가압 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
