The present invention relates to an apparatus for construction work such as pile driving and drilling and an attachment for construction work, and a construction equipment comprising the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus for construction work, which is used for construction base work such as pile driving and drilling by being mounted on a leader installed in a carrier, may comprise: a body connected to the leader; a mounting unit which performs fastening and escape from an object to be fastened such as a pile or a screw by receiving an oil pressure placed on a bottom side of the body in order to be able to allow a direction of receiving the object to be fastened to tilt from a direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of the leader up to the direction vertical to the longitudinal direction of the leader; a tilting unit which receives an oil pressure to tilt the mounting unit in the vertical direction; an oil pressure line which connects the mounting unit and an oil pressure source to apply oil pressure to the mounting unit; a control valve placed on the oil pressure line to allow the oil pressure line to apply one or more oil pressure of an oil pressure to fasten and an oil pressure for escaping to the mounting unit; a fastening maintenance line branched from the oil pressure line to force the mounting unit to perform fastening; and a fastening maintenance valve which connects or block the fastening maintenance line. The present invention is to provide an apparatus for construction work and an attachment for construction work and an equipment comprising the same, capable of allowing easy replacement of a pile or a screw in an attachment of a pile driver or a drilling machine.
본 발명은 항타 또는 천공 등의 건설 작업에 이용되는 건설 작업용 기기, 이를 포함하는 건설 작업용 어태치먼트 및 건설 장비에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 양상에 따른 건설 작업용 기기는, 캐리어에 설치되는 리더에 장착되는 항타 또는 천공 등의 건설 기반 공사에 이용되는 건설 작업용 기기로, 상기 리더에 연결되는 몸체; 유압을 인가받아 파일 또는 스크류 등의 체결 대상물에 대한 체결 동작 및 이탈 동작을 수행하고, 상기 체결 대상물을 받아들이는 방향이 상기 리더의 길이 방향과 평행한 방향으로부터 상기 리더의 길이 방향에 대하여 수직한 방향까지 틸팅 가능하도록 상기 몸체의 하부에 배치되는 장착부; 유압을 인가받아 상기 수직한 방향으로 상기 장착부를 틸팅시키는 틸팅 유닛; 상기 장착부과 유압 소스를 연결하여 상기 장착부에 유압을 인가하는 유압 라인; 상기 유압 라인 상에 배치되고 사용자의 조작에 의해 상기 유압 라인이 상기 장착부에 상기 체결 동작을 위한 유압 또는 상기 이탈 동작을 위한 유압 중 어느 하나의 유압을 인가하도록 하는 조작 밸브; 상기 유압 라인에서 분기되어 상기 장착부가 상기 체결 동작을 수행하도록 강제하는 체결 유지 라인; 및 상기 체결 유지 라인을 연결하거나 차단하는 체결 유지 밸브;를 포함할 수 있다.
