The present invention relates to an apparatus for construction work such as pile driving and drilling, and an attachment for construction work and a construction equipment comprising the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus for construction work, which is used for construction base work such as pile driving and drilling by being mounted on a leader installed in a carrier, comprises: a body connected to the leader; a mounting unit which fastens an object to be fastened such as a pile or a screw which is placed on a bottom side of the body to be able to allow a direction of receiving the object to be fastened to tilt from a direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of the leader up to the direction which is vertical to the longitudinal direction of the leader; a fastening sensor which detects if the object to be fastened is fastened with the mounting unit; a tilting unit which receives an oil pressure to tilt the mounting unit in the vertical direction; an oil pressure line which connects the tilting unit and an oil pressure source; a discharge line branched from the oil pressure line to discharge the oil pressure; and a cutoff valve placed on the discharge line to connect the discharge line when the object to be fastened is fastened with the mounting unit in accordance with a result of detecting by the fastening sensor; thereby preventing the tilting unit from tilting the mounting unit in the vertical direction. The present invention is to provide an apparatus for construction work and an attachment for construction work and a construction equipment comprising the same, capable of easily replacing a pile or a screw in an attachment such as a pile driver or a drilling machine.
본 발명은 항타 또는 천공 등의 건설 작업에 이용되는 건설 작업용 기기, 이를 포함하는 건설 작업용 어태치먼트 및 건설 장비에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 양상에 따른 건설 작업용 기기는, 캐리어에 설치되는 리더에 장착되는 항타 또는 천공 등의 건설 기반 공사에 이용되는 건설 작업용 기기로, 상기 리더에 연결되는 몸체; 파일 또는 스크류 등의 체결 대상물을 체결하되, 상기 체결 대상물을 받아들이는 방향이 상기 리더의 길이 방향과 평행한 방향으로부터 상기 리더의 길이 방향에 대하여 수직한 방향까지 틸팅 가능하도록 상기 몸체의 하부에 배치되는 장착부; 상기 장착부에 상기 체결 대상물이 체결되었는지 여부를 감지하는 체결 센서; 유압을 인가받아 상기 수직한 방향으로 상기 장착부를 틸팅시키는 틸팅 유닛; 상기 틸팅 유닛과 유압 소스를 연결하는 유압 라인; 상기 유압 라인에서 분기되어 상기 유압을 배출하는 배출 라인; 및 상기 배출 라인 상에 배치되어, 상기 체결 센서의 감지 결과에 따라 상기 장착부에 상기 체결 대상물이 체결된 경우 상기 배출 라인을 연결하여 상기 틸팅 유닛이 상기 수직한 방향으로 상기 장착부를 틸팅시키는 것을 방지하는 컷 오프 밸브;를 포함한다.
