The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture artificial turf, comprising: a manufacturing unit including a feeding roll on which fabric having a first surface and a second surface is wound, a weaving machine enabling a plurality of piles on the first surface of the fabric fed in one direction from the feeding roll, thus manufacturing an artificial turf intermediate, a nozzle assembly to spray a quick-drying coating agent on the second surface of the artificial turf intermediate fed in one direction from the weaving machine, and a winding roll to wind artificial turf fed in one direction from the nozzle assembly as the quick-drying coating agent of the artificial turf intermediate is dried; a conveyor assembly to guide the artificial turf intermediate towards the winding roll as much as the predetermined length, and include a pair of pin conveyors to support both edges in the transferring direction of the artificial turf intermediate and to transfer and guide the artificial turf intermediate towards the winding roll; and a variable support unit disposed between the pair of pin conveyors, thereby being able to be contracted and expanded, and supporting the first surface. Accordingly, waterproof artificial turf of a large area is able to be quickly manufactured.
본 발명은 제1 면과 제2 면을 가진 원단이 권취된 공급롤과, 상기 공급롤로부터 일방향으로 공급된 상기 원단의 상기 제1 면에 복수의 파일(pile)들을 배치함으로써 인조잔디 중간체를 생산하는 제직기와, 상기 제직기로부터 일방향으로 공급되는 상기 인조잔디 중간체의 상기 제2 면 상에 속건성 코팅제를 분사하는 노즐 어셈블리와, 상기 인조잔디 중간체의 상기 속건성 코팅제가 건조되어 상기 노즐 어셈블리로부터 일방향으로 공급되는 인조잔디를 권취하는 권취롤을 포함하는 제조 유닛; 상기 인조잔디 중간체를 일정 길이만큼 상기 권취롤측으로 안내하는 것으로, 상기 인조잔디 중간체의 이송 방향을 따라 양측 가장자리를 받침 지지하며 상기 권취롤측으로 이송 안내하는 한 쌍의 핀 컨베이어를 포함하는 컨베이어 어셈블리; 및 상기 한 쌍의 핀 컨베이어 사이에 배치되어 수축 및 팽창 가능하며, 상기 제1 면을 받침 지지하는 가변지지 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 방수 처리된 대면적의 인조잔디를 신속하게 생산할 수 있도록 한 인조잔디 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
