ARTIFICIAL GRASS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
According to the present invention, a manufacturing method for artificial turf comprises: a blowing agent manufacturing step to inject air into a lysate as a mixture of a plasticizer with one or more materials among a polyvinyl chloride, a polyethylene, a polypropylene, and a nylon, and mixing the lysate with air to manufacture a blowing agent; a support layer manufacturing step of making the blowing agent foam on a lower side of an artificial turf foam layer wherein artificial turf piles are placed downwards; a support layer flattening step of flattening an outer side of the blowing agent foamed in the support layer manufacturing step; and a support layer hardening step of hardening the blowing agent after the support layer flattening step.
