The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial grass, which comprises: a first step of manufacturing an artificial grass intermediate by supplying fabric having a first surface and a second surface in the single direction to dispose a plurality of piles on the first surface and forming a coating layer by spraying quick-dry coating materials to the second surface of the artificial grass intermediate; and a second step of allowing the artificial grass to be exposed to air at room temperature for a predetermined period of time and to be dried so as to be shipped by being coiled with a winding roll. The quick-dry coating materials mix base materials and hardening materials in a ratio of 1:1 to spray the base and hardening materials. Therefore, the quick-dry coating layer for performing a waterproof function can be formed with high quality without any quality deterioration.
본 발명은 제1 면과 제2 면을 가진 원단을 일방향으로 공급하여 상기 제1 면에 복수의 파일(pile)들을 배치하여 인조잔디 중간체를 제작하고, 상기 인조잔디 중간체의 상기 제2 면 상에 속건성 코팅제를 분사하여 코팅층을 형성하는 제1 단계; 및 상기 코팅층이 형성된 인조잔디를 상온에서 일정 시간 대기중에 노출시키고 건조시켜 권취롤에 감아 출하하는 제2 단계를 포함하며, 상기 속건성 코팅제는 주제와 경화제를 1 대 1의 비율로 혼합하여 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 속건성의 방수 기능을 수행하는 코팅층 형성이 품질 저하없이 고품질로 이루어질 수 있도록 한 인조잔디 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
