Disclosed is a prefabricated deck structure that is mounted to a wall to effectively form an outer finish of the wall and thus reduce a working hour required for installing a deck board, comprising a structural steel pipe mounted to the wall in a vertical direction; a first deck board connected to a lower portion of the structural steel pipe; a second deck board connected to an upper portion of the structural steel pipe; a first connecting member connecting the structural steel pipe and a lower portion of the first deck board; and a second connecting member connecting the structural steel pipe and an upper portion of the first deck board, and the structural steel pipe and a lower portion of the second deck board. The first deck board has a first base, a 1-1 extending portion extending a lower end of the first base, a 1-2 extending portion extending downwardly from the lower end and spaced apart from the 1-1 extending portion, a first insertion groove formed between the 1-1 extending portion and the 1-2 extending portion, a 1-3 extending portion extending upwardly from an upper end of the first base, and a first recessed portion formed on the 1-3 extending portion.
