In accordance with the present invention, disclosed is a prefabricated deck structure capable of enabling continuation and fixture between decks and quick installation and dismantlement by omitting welding or separate drilling work. In accordance with the present invention, the prefabricated deck structure includes: a plurality of deck segments (100) seated on the upper surface of an upper flange (12) of a plurality of support structures (10), crossing the plurality of deck segments (100), and interlocked and connected with a coupling part, neighboring in a width direction, along a longitudinal direction of the support structures (10); and a plurality of coupling devices (500) tightening and fixing the bottom of the plurality of deck segments (100) to the upper flange (12) of the deck segments (100) without additional machining or welding work for forming a coupling hole or groove, wherein the coupling devices (500) include: a T-shaped channel (140) formed in a lower plate part (130) of the deck segments (100) and extended in a longitudinal direction of the deck segments (100); a sliding bolt (510) having a head part (512) slidably inserted into the T-shaped channel (140) of the deck segments (100); a coupling block (520) inserted into the sliding bolt (510) to tightly attached to the lower surface of the upper flange (12) of the support structures (10) and the lower surface of the lower plate part (130) of the deck segments (100); and a nut (550) coupled to the sliding bolt (510) to press the coupling block (520) in a direction to come in tight contact with the upper flange (12) and the lower plate part (130).
본 발명은 용접이나 별도의 천공작업을 배제하여 데크 간 연속화와 고정 가능하고 신속한 설치와 분해를 가능케 하는 조립식 데크 구조물을 개시한다. 본 발명은 복수의 지지구조물(10)의 상부 플랜지(12)의 상면에 상기 복수의 지지구조물(10)을 건너질러 안착하며, 상기 지지구조물(10)의 길이방향을 따라서 폭 방향으로 이웃하여 결합부에 의해 맞물려 연결되는 복수의 데크 세그먼트(100); 그리고 상기 복수의 데크 세그먼트(100)의 하단을, 체결 구멍 또는 홈을 형성하기 위한 추가적인 기계가공이나 용접 접합 없이, 각각 상기 데크 세그먼트(100)의 상부 플랜지(12)에 조여서 고정하는 복수의 체결장치(500); 를 포함하며, 상기 체결장치(500)는, 상기 데크 세그먼트(100)의 하판부(130)에 데크 세그먼트(100)의 길이방향으로 연장 형성되는 T-형 채널(140); 상기 데크 세그먼트(100)의 T-형 채널(140)에 머리부(512)가 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 삽입되는 슬라이딩 볼트(510); 상기 슬라이딩 볼트(510)에 끼워져서 상기 지지구조물(10)의 상부 플랜지(12)의 하면과 상기 데크 세그먼트(100)의 하판부(130)의 하면에 걸쳐 밀착하는 체결 블록(520); 그리고 상기 체결 블록(520)을 상기 상부 플랜지(12) 및 하판부(130)에 밀착하는 방향으로 가압하도록 상기 슬라이딩 볼트(510)에 체결되는 너트(550); 를 포함한다.
