The present invention relates to a mortise capable of fastening and releasing a dead bolt through manual operation or operation by a motor. Specifically, a dead bolt operating member and a driven gear are connected to rotate so that a hanging protrusion and a pressing protrusion unit are separated toward opposite sides by using a guiding groove. Also, the mortise includes a control unit controlling a motor in order for the driven gear to return to an initial position after the driven gear operates the dead bolt operating member. So, when the dead bolt is manually fastened and released by using a key or a handle, or when the dead bolt is fastened and released by operation of the motor such as input of a password, the dead bolt operating member or the driven gear rotates for first time in a no-load state. So, the dead bolt is smoothly fastened and released.
본 발명은 수동 또는 모터 작동을 통해 데드볼트의 잠금 및 해정이 가능한 모티스에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 안내홈을 이용해 걸림돌기와 가압돌출부가 서로 반대편에서 이격되도록 데드볼트 작동부재와 종동기어를 회전 가능하게 결합하고, 종동기어가 데드볼트 작동부재를 작동시킨 후 종동기어가 원위치로 복귀하도록 모터를 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하여 이루어져, 키나 핸들을 이용한 수동으로 데드볼트 잠금 및 해정하거나, 또는 비밀번호 입력 등의 모터 작동을 통해 데드볼트를 잠금 및 해정할 때, 데드볼트 작동부재 또는 종동기어가 무부하 상태로 최초 회전하여 데드볼트의 잠금 및 해정 동작이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 모티스에 관한 것이다.
