The present invention relates to a floor material for preventing inter-floor noise of an apartment house. The floor material for preventing inter-floor noise of an apartment house comprises: a lower sound insulation material layered on an upper end of a slab; a middle sound insulation material layered on an upper portion of the lower sound insulation material; an upper sound insulation material layered on an upper portion of the middle sound insulation material; and a wall sound insulation material layered on an edge of the slab to be installed between edges of cement mortar, the lower sound insulation material, the middle sound insulation material, and the upper sound insulation material and a wall. An impact and vibration started from a floor interior material are not directly transferred to the wall through the cement mortar attached to the floor material and are not transferred to the slab integrated into the wall to increase an inter-floor noise reduction effect. A wall interior material is not damaged when a baseboard is replaced to reduce time and costs. The sound insulation material is made of a hard material to firmly and stably mount home appliances or furniture. A power cord connected to an outlet of the wall is not exposed to the outside to prevent the power cord from causing interference when cleaning or moving a position of furniture.
본 발명은 공동주택 층간 소음 방지용 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 슬래브의 상단에 적층되는 하단차음재와; 하단차음재의 상부에 적층되는 중단차음재와; 중단차음재의 상부에 적층되는 상단차음재와; 슬래브의 가장자리에 적층되어 시멘트몰탈과 하단차음재와 중단차음재 및 상단차음재의 가장자리와 벽체 사이에 설치되는 벽체차음재;를 포함하여 구성되며, 바닥내장재에서 시작된 충격 및 진동이 바닥재가 부착된 시멘트몰탈을 통해 벽체에 직접적으로 전달되지 않고, 벽체와 일체로 형성된 슬래브로 전달되지 않도록 함으로써 층간소음 저감효과를 상승시킬 수 있도록 함과 아울러 걸레받이의 교체시 벽체내장재가 손상되지 않게 함으로써 시간과 비용을 절감 수 있도록 하며, 차음재를 경질재질로 구성하여 가전제품이나 가구 등이 견고하고 안정되게 거치되도록 하고, 벽체의 콘센트에 연결되는 전원코드가 외부로 노출되지 않게 하여 청소 또는 가구 등의 위치이동 시 전원코드가 간섭을 일으키지 않도록 한 것이다.
