The present invention relates to a floor construction method for preventing noise of an apartment building. The floor construction method for preventing noise of an apartment building can block inter-floor noise through a floor slab by stacking a bottom sound insulation material, a middle sound insulation material, and a top sound insulation material on the floor slab and arranging a heating pipe on the top sound insulation material, block inter-floor noise through a wall by being buried in the wall, and sufficiently provide a sound insulation function as a wall sound insulation material by preventing the wall sound insulation material from being deformed and dented by a concrete injection pressure when depositing a wall by injecting concrete while the wall sound insulation material is fixed on a wall form. Multiple strands of power cords stored in a cord organizing space of the wall sound insulation material are organized in a state of being aligned side by side to prevent the multiple strands of power cords from coming in contact with each other to prevent a fire caused by a short circuit, electric leakage, or arc.
본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 소음방지 바닥 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 바닥슬래브 상에 하단차음재와 중단차음재 및 상단차음재를 적층하고 상단차음재에 난방배관을 배관하여 바닥슬래브를 통한 층간 소음을 차단할 수 있도록 함은 물론 벽체에 매설되어 벽체를 통한 층간 소음을 차단할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 벽체거푸집에 벽체차음재를 고정한 상태에서 콘크리트를 주입하여 벽체를 타설할 때 벽체차음재가 콘크리트 주입압력에 의하여 찌그러지는 등 변형이 생기지 않게 하여 벽체차음재로서의 차음 기능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 하며, 벽체차음재의 코드정리공간에 수납되는 여러가닥의 전원코드가 나란히 정렬된 상태로 정리되어 여러가닥의 전원코드가 서로 접촉하지 않게 되어 합선, 누전 및 아크로 인한 화재 발생을 방지할 수 있도록 한 공동주택 건축물의 소음방지 바닥 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
