The present invention relates to an apartment house floor construction structure for preventing inter-floor noise. The apartment house floor construction structure for preventing inter-floor noise is installed on a lower end of a wall and includes a lower sound insulation material, a middle sound insulation material, an upper sound insulation material, and a wall sound insulation material positioned between an edge of cement mortar and the wall. An impact and vibration started from a floor material are not directly transferred to the wall through the cement mortar to which the floor material is attached and are not transferred to a slab integrated into the wall to increase an inter-floor noise reduction effect. Moreover, a baseboard does not protrude from the wall to conveniently mount furniture. The sound insulation material is made of a hard material to firmly and stably mount home appliances or furniture. A power cord connected to an outlet of the wall is not exposed to the outside to prevent the power cord from causing interference when cleaning or moving a position of furniture.
본 발명은 층간 소음 방지를 위한 공동주택 바닥 시공 구조에 관한 것으로, 벽체의 하단부에 매설되며 하단차음재, 중단차음재, 상단차음재 및 시멘트몰탈의 가장자리와 벽체 사이에 위치하는 벽체차음재를 구비하여 바닥재에서 시작된 충격 및 진동이 바닥재가 부착된 시멘트몰탈을 통해 벽체에 직접적으로 전달되지 않고, 벽체와 일체로 형성된 슬래브로 전달되지 않도록 함으로써 층간소음 저감효과를 상승시킬 수 있도록 함과 아울러 걸레받이부가 벽체에서 돌출되지 않아 가구를 견고하고 편리하게 거치할 수 있으며, 차음재를 경질재질로 구성하여 가전제품이나 가구 등이 견고하고 안정되게 거치되도록 하고, 벽체의 콘센트에 연결되는 전원코드가 외부로 노출되지 않게 하여 청소 또는 가구 등의 위치이동 시 전원코드가 간섭을 일으키지 않도록 한 것이다.
