The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method to reinforce a joint doubly, capable of extending a life of a product. According to the present invention, the complex waterproofing method to reinforce a joint doubly comprises: a sheet arrangement step of arranging a waterproof sheet on an arranged bottom surface, wherein the waterproof sheet includes a bonding part arranged in a longitudinal direction on either or both of side ends and a plurality of perforated coupling holes, which are vertically perforated at the bonding part, formed in a longitudinal direction; a soft polyurethane filling step of filling a soft polyurethane coating waterproof material in a joint part to bond an end part of any one waterproof sheet bonding part and an end part of another waterproof sheet bonding part by the soft polyurethane coating waterproof material; a mesh net installation step of installing a mesh net with a mesh structure on the upper part of the soft polyurethane coating waterproof material filled in both the waterproof sheet bonding parts and the joint part; a hard polyurethane filling step of filling a hard polyurethane coating waterproof material in a coupling hole while filling the hard polyurethane coating waterproof material in both the waterproof sheet bonding parts; a soft polyurethane coating step; a hard polyurethane coating step; and a top coating step.
본 발명은 조인트가 이중 보강된 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 바탕면을 정리한 후 정리된 바탕면에 양측단 중 적어도 어느 하나에서 길이방향을 따라 일정 폭으로 단이지도록 형성된 접합부와, 이 접합부에서 수직방향으로 타공된 결합공이 길이방향을 따라 다수 개 형성된 방수시트를 배치하되, 어느 하나의 방수시트 일측단에 형성된 접합부와 인접하는 다른 하나의 방수시트 타측단에 형성된 접합부가 서로 일정거리 이격된 상태로 배치하여 '┗┛'형 구조의 조인트부가 형성되게 하는 시트배치단계와; 상기 조인트부에 연질우레탄 도막방수재를 충진하여 어느 하나의 방수시트 접합부의 끝단과 다른 하나의 방수시트 접합부 끝단이 연질우레탄 도막방수재에 의해 접합되게 하는 연질우레탄 충진단계와; 상기 연질우레탄 도막방수재가 조인트부에 충진되면, 어느 하나의 방수시트 접합부와 다른 하나의 방수시트 접합부와 조인트부에 충진된 연질우레탄 도막방수재 상부에 매쉬구조를 가지는 매쉬망을 설치하는 매쉬망 설치단계와; 상기 매쉬망이 설치되면, 어느 하나의 방수시트 접합부와 다른 하나의 방수시트 접합부에 경질우레탄 도막방수재를 충진하면서 결합공에 경질우레탄 도막방수재가 충진되게 하는 경질우레탄 충진단계와; 상기 경질우레탄 충진단계가 수행되면, 충진된 경질우레탄 도막방수재와 방수시트의 상부에 연질우레탄 도막방수재를 도포하여 연질 방수층을 형성하는 연질우레탄 도포단계와; 상기 연질 방수층 상부에 경질우레탄 도막방수재를 도포하여 경질 방수층을 형성하는 경질우레탄 도포단계와; 상기 경질 방수층 상부에 탑코팅을 하여 자외선으로부터 경질 방수층을 보호하게 하는 탑코팅단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 상기 접합부에 형성된 결합공으로는 경질우레탄 도막방수재가 충진되어 바탕면과 접합되게 하여 접합부와 접합부간의 결합력을 증대시키고, 매쉬망이 방수시트의 하중과 그 상부에 형성되는 연질 방수층, 규사층, 경질 방수층의 하중이 적절하게 하향가압하게 함으로써, 동절기와 하절기에 방수시트가 수축하고 팽창할때에는 조인트부에 충진된 연질우레탄 도막방수재가 완충역할을 수행하게 하여 조인트의 접합력이 장기간 유지되게 하여 박리현상 및 틈새(Dead space) 발생현상을 방지하여 방수시트의 변형을 방지하고, 시트변형에 의한 뒤틀림 현상 및 터짐현상을 방지하여 제품의 수명을 연장시키는 조인트가 이중 보강된 복합방수공법을 제공한다.
