Complex water proofing method
The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method with insulating-adhesion. The complex waterproofing method with insulating-adhesion includes: a floor surface cleaning step of removing moisture and dust; a primer layer formation step of forming a primer layer in a part on a floor surface; a reformed asphalt sheet formation step of forming a reformed asphalt waterproofing sheet on the primer layer and the floor surface; a mineral coating layer formation step of forming a mineral coating layer on the reformed asphalt sheet; and a coating waterproofing material formation step of forming a coating waterproofing material on the mineral coating layer. The reformed asphalt waterproofing sheet includes: 60-70 wt% of straight asphalt; 6-10 wt% of SBS; 6-8 wt% of hydrogenated paraffin distilled oil; 6-8 wt% of CR rubber; 3-5 wt% of petroleum resin; 2-5 wt% of calcium carbonate; 3-5 wt% of dolomite; 3-5 wt% of diisononyl phthalate; 0.5-1 wt% of magnesium oxide; and 0.5-1 wt% of zinc oxide. As the lower part of the reformed asphalt waterproofing sheet comprises an adhesive part and a non-adhesive part, the non-adhesive part comes into contact with the floor surface with additional silica application and the adhesive part is attached onto the primer layer to be fixed to the floor surface.
본 발명은 절연접착 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 수분 및 먼지를 제거하는 바닥면 청소단계; 바닥면 상 일부에 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머층 형성단계; 상기 바닥면 및 프라이머층 상에 개질아스팔트 방수시트를 형성하는 개질아스팔트 시트 형성단계; 및 상기 개질아스팔트 시트 상에는 무기질 코팅층을 형성하는 무기질 코팅층 형성단계; 상기 무기질 코팅층 상에 도막방수재를 형성하는 도막방수재 형성단계를 포함하되, 상기 개질아스팔트 방수시트는 스트레이트 아스팔트 60 ~ 70중량%, SBS 6 ~ 10중량%, 수소처리된 파라핀 증류오일 6 ~ 8중량%, CR 고무 6 ~ 8중량%, 석유수지 3 ~ 5중량%, 탄산칼슘 2 ~ 5중량%, 돌로마이트 3 ~ 5중량%, 디이소노릴프타레이트 3 ~ 5중량% 및 산화마그네슘 0.5 ~ 1중량% 및 산화아연 0.5 ~ 1중량%를 포함하여 형성하며, 상기 개질아스팔트 방수시트의 하부에는 접착부 및 비접착부로 구성되어 상기 비접착부는 규사가 추가 도포되어 바닥면과 접하며, 상기 접착부는 상기 프라이머층 상에서 접착되어 바닥면과 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method with insulating-adhesion. The complex waterproofing method with insulating-adhesion includes: a floor surface cleaning step of removing moisture and dust; a primer layer formation step of forming a primer layer in a part on a floor surface; a reformed asphalt sheet formation step of forming a reformed asphalt waterproofing sheet on the primer layer and the floor surface; a mineral coating layer formation step of forming a mineral coating layer on the reformed asphalt sheet; and a coating waterproofing material formation step of forming a coating waterproofing material on the mineral coating layer.
