POLYUREA COMPLEX WATER PROOFING METHOD
The present invention relates to a polyuria complex waterproofing method comprising: a leveling constructing step of performing partial waterproofing construction and cleaning a bottom by coating waterproofing mortar formed by mixing rapid hardening leveling mortar and a waterproofing liquid on an uneven part of the concrete bottom and a part on which a crack is formed; an insulation resin mortar constructing step of forming a first waterproofing layer by coating insulation resin mortar on the bottom cleaned by the leveling step and performing first waterproofing construction and insulation construction at the same time; an insulation urea constructing step of forming a second waterproofing layer by coating 1.2-2 mm of insulation urea on the bottom and performing second waterproofing construction and the insulation construction at the same time when the insulation resin mortar coated by the insulation resin mortar constructing step is hardened; and a coating finishing step of forming an insulation coating layer by coating an urethane insulation coating agent when the insulation urea coated by the insulation urea constructing step is hardened. When the bottom is cleaned, the present invention performs leveling of the crack and the uneven part, and the partial waterproofing construction. The present invention prevents a phenomenon that the first waterproofing layer by the insulation resin mortar is lifted or broken due to the second waterproofing layer formed by the insulation urea coated on an upper part of the first waterproofing layer. The present invention generally improves an insulation performance by including insulator powder in the urethane insulation coating agent coated on the upper part of the second waterproofing layer, the insulation resin mortar, and the insulation urea.
본 발명은 폴리우레아 복합 방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 콘크리트 바탕면의 요철부위, 크랙이 형성된 부위에 초속경 레벨링 몰탈과 방수액을 혼합하여 이루어진 방수몰탈을 도포하여 부분적 방수시공을 하면서 바탕면을 정리하는 레벨링 시공단계와; 상기 레벨링 단계에 의해 정리된 바탕면에 단열레진몰탈을 도포하여 1차 방수시공과 단열시공이 병행수행되게 하여 1차 방수층을 형성하는 단열레진몰탈 시공단계와; 상기 단열레진몰탈 시공단계에 의해 도포된 단열레진몰탈이 경화되면, 바탕면에 단열우레아를 1.2 ~ 2mm로 도포하여 2차 방수시공과 단열시공이 병행수행되게 하여 2차 방수층을 형성하는 단열우레아 시공단계와; 상기 단열우레아 시공단계에 의해 도포된 단열우레아가 경화되면, 우레탄 단열코팅제를 도포하여 단열코팅층을 형성하는 코팅마감단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 바탕면 정리 시 크랙과 요철 부분의 레벨링과 부분적 방수시공이 이루어지게 하며, 단열레진몰탈에 의한 1차 방수층이 그 상부에 도포되는 단열우레아에 의해 형성되는 2차 방수층 때문에 1차 방수층이 들뜨거나 파괴되는 현성을 방지하며, 2차 방수층 상부에 도포되는 우레탄 단열코팅제와 상기한 단열레진몰탈과 단열우레아에 인슐레이드 파우더가 포함되도록 하여 전반적으로 단열성능이 향상될 수 있게 하는 폴리우레아 복합방수공법을 제공한다.
