The present invention relates to a boltless PHC pile connector for boltless PHC pile connection, including an upper connector having a first cylindrical portion on an upper side coupled to the lower end portion of an upper PHC pile, a disk-shaped first plate surface portion coupled to the lower portion of the first cylindrical portion, and first protruding locking portions formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction on the bottom surface of the first plate surface portion; and a lower connector having a second cylindrical portion on a lower side coupled to the upper end portion of a lower PHC pile, a disk-shaped second plate surface portion coupled to the upper portion of the second cylindrical portion, and second protruding locking portions formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the second plate surface portion to correspond one-on-one to the first protruding locking portions. The gap between the adjacent first protruding locking portions is formed to be longer than the circumferential length of the second protruding locking portion between the first and second protruding locking portions, and thus the second protruding locking portion can be accommodated between the neighboring first protruding locking portions. The second protruding locking portion accommodated between the neighboring first protruding locking portions is coupled to the first protruding locking portion as the lower connector rotates relative to the upper connector.
본 발명은, 볼트 체결 없이 PHC 파일 간을 연결할 수 있도록 해주는 PHC 파일 무볼트 연결구에 관한 것으로서, 상부 PHC 파일의 하단부에 결합하는 상측의 제1 원통부와, 상기 제1 원통부의 하부에 결합하는 원반형의 제1 판면부와, 상기 제1 판면부의 저면에 원주방향으로 일정한 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제1 돌출 걸림부를 갖는 상부 연결구와; 하부 PHC 파일의 상단부에 결합하는 하측의 제2 원통부와, 상기 제2 원통부의 상부에 결합하는 원반형의 제2 판면부와, 상기 다수의 제1 돌출 걸림 고리부에 일대일로 대응하여 상기 제2 판면부의 상면에 원주방향으로 일정한 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제2 돌출 걸림부를 갖는 하부 연결구를 포함하며, 상기 다수의 제1 돌출 걸림부와 상기 다수의 제2 돌출 걸림부 사이에는, 이웃하는 제1 돌출 걸림부 사이의 간격이 상기 제2 돌출 걸림부의 원주방향의 길이보다 더 길게 형성됨으로써 상기 제2 돌출 걸림부는 상기 이웃하는 제1 돌출 걸림부 사이에 수용 가능하고, 이웃하는 제1 돌출 걸림부 사이에 수용된 상기 제2 돌출 걸림부는 상기 상부 연결구에 대한 상기 하부 연결구의 상대적인 회전에 따라 상기 제1 돌출 걸림부와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a boltless PHC pile connector for boltless PHC pile connection, including an upper connector having a first cylindrical portion on an upper side coupled to the lower end portion of an upper PHC pile, a disk-shaped first plate surface portion coupled to the lower portion of the first cylindrical portion, and first protruding locking portions formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction on the bottom surface of the first plate surface portion; and a lower connector having a second cylindrical portion on a lower side coupled to the upper end portion of a lower PHC pile, a disk-shaped second plate surface portion coupled to the upper portion of the second cylindrical portion, and second protruding locking portions formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction on the upper surface of the second plate surface portion to correspond one-on-one to the first protruding locking portions. The gap between the adjacent first protruding locking portions is formed to be longer than the circumferential length of the second protruding locking portion between the first and second protruding locking portions, and thus the second protruding locking portion can be accommodated between the neighboring first protruding locking portions. The second protruding locking portion accommodated between the neighboring first protruding locking portions is coupled to the first protruding locking portion as the lower connector rotates relative to the upper connector.
본 발명은, 볼트 체결 없이 PHC 파일 간을 연결할 수 있도록 해주는 PHC 파일 무볼트 연결구에 관한 것으로서, 상부 PHC 파일의 하단부에 결합하는 상측의 제1 원통부와, 상기 제1 원통부의 하부에 결합하는 원반형의 제1 판면부와, 상기 제1 판면부의 저면에 원주방향으로 일정한 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제1 돌출 걸림부를 갖는 상부 연결구와; 하부 PHC 파일의 상단부에 결합하는 하측의 제2 원통부와, 상기 제2 원통부의 상부에 결합하는 원반형의 제2 판면부와, 상기 다수의 제1 돌출 걸림 고리부에 일대일로 대응하여 상기 제2 판면부의 상면에 원주방향으로 일정한 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 제2 돌출 걸림부를 갖는 하부 연결구를 포함하며, 상기 다수의 제1 돌출 걸림부와 상기 다수의 제2 돌출 걸림부 사이에는, 이웃하는 제1 돌출 걸림부 사이의 간격이 상기 제2 돌출 걸림부의 원주방향의 길이보다 더 길게 형성됨으로써 상기 제2 돌출 걸림부는 상기 이웃하는 제1 돌출 걸림부 사이에 수용 가능하고, 이웃하는 제1 돌출 걸림부 사이에 수용된 상기 제2 돌출 걸림부는 상기 상부 연결구에 대한 상기 하부 연결구의 상대적인 회전에 따라 상기 제1 돌출 걸림부와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
