The present invention relates to a PHC pile connector capable of connecting PHC piles in an axial direction. The PHC pile connector includes: a pile shoe including a cylindrical part combined with an end of a PHC pile, and a disc-shaped plate part combined with an axial end of the cylindrical part to be connected with an end of the PHC pile; a plurality of latches including a vertical wall part having a bottom part penetrating the plate part and welded with the plate part to be integrated, protruding from the surface of the plate part to a predetermined height in an axial direction and extended in a radial direction, and a horizontal engaged part extended from a protruding end part of the vertical wall part in a horizontal direction as far as a predetermined width, and individually placed at regular intervals wider than the width of the horizontal engaged part in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of reinforcement pieces having a bottom part penetrating the plate part from an radial outer side of each of the latches and welded with the plate part to be integrated while being integrated with each of the latches, protruding from the surface of the plate part in the axial direction and extended in a radial direction. Therefore, smooth connection between PHC piles can be possible, bending strength and shearing strength in a connected part can be improved, and the preparation of a connector having only one shape can make manufacture and storage convenient.
본 발명은, PHC 파일 간을 축방향으로 연결할 수 있도록 해주는 PHC 파일 연결구에 관한 것으로서, PHC 파일의 말단부에 결합하는 원통부와, 상기 원통부의 축방향 단부에 결합하여 상기 PHC 파일의 말단부에 체결되는 원반형의 판면부를 갖는 파일 슈(pile shoe)와; 상기 판면부를 관통하는 하단부가 상기 판면부에 용접되어 일체를 이루고 상기 판면부의 표면으로부터 상기 축방향으로 일정한 높이로 돌출형성되고 반경방향으로 연장되는 수직벽부와, 상기 수직벽부의 돌출단부로부터 가로방향으로 일정한 폭만큼 연장되는 수평걸림부를 가지며, 각기 원주방향으로 상기 수평걸림부의 폭보다 넓은 일정한 간격으로 배치되는 다수의 걸림쇠; 및 상기 다수의 걸림쇠의 각 반경방향 외측에서 상기 판면부를 관통하는 하단부가 상기 판면부에 용접되어 일체를 이룸과 동시에 상기 다수의 걸림쇠와 각각 일체를 이루고 상기 판면부의 표면으로부터 상기 축방향으로 돌출형성되고 반경방향으로 연장되는 다수의 보강편을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, PHC 파일 간 원활한 체결이 이루어지도록 하고, 체결부분에서의 휨강도 및 전단강도를 향상시켜주며, 한가지 형상의 연결구만을 준비하면 되므로 제조 및 보관 측면에서 편리하다.
The present invention relates to a PHC pile connector capable of connecting PHC piles in an axial direction.
