The present invention achieves structural simplification, facilitates production and assembly, reduces wear, damage and power consumption, prevents heat generation, enhances durability, is capable of reducing noise and impact during operation, is capable of ensuring competitiveness based on high quality, continuously maintains a fire door opening state, and ensures safety by not hindering the closing operation of the fire door when necessary or in the event of a fire. The present invention includes a case installed on a door frame; latch means connected to a door closure installed in the fire door in the case to keep the fire door in an open state; and release means for usually keeping the latch means in a locked state so as to keep the fire door in an open state and releasing the latch means in the event of a fire to quickly close the fire door.
본 발명은 구조를 간단하게 하여 생산과 조립의 용이성을 제공하면서 마모와 손상 및 소비전력을 줄여 열발생을 배제함으로서 내구성을 높이고, 작동과정에서 발생할 수 있는 소음과 충격을 줄일 수 있고 우수함 품질로 대외적인 경쟁력의 우위에 있을 수 있는 것은 물론, 방화도어의 개방상태를 지속적으로 유지하고 화재시 또는 필요시 방화도어의 닫힘동작에 지장을 초래하지 않게 되므로 안전을 담보할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 문틀에 설치되는 케이스와; 상기 케이스의 내부에 방화도어에 설치되는 도어클로저와 연결되어 방화도어를 개방상태로 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 걸림수단과; 평상시에는 걸림수단을 걸림상태로 유지하여 방화도어를 개방상태에 있도록 하고, 화재 발생시에는 걸림수단을 해제하여 방화도어를 신속하게 닫을 수 있도록 하는 해제수단으로 구성하는 것이 특징이다.
