The present invention relates to a fire door latching device, having a simple structure to provide easiness in production and an assembly, minimizing abrasion and damage to increase durability, and having external competitive advantages. Moreover, the fire door latching device can keep the fire door in an open state and prevent an interference in the closing motion of the fire door in case of fire or if necessary so that safety can be secured. Furthermore, the fire door latching device comprises: a case installed in a door frame; a latching means connected to a door closer installed in the fire door within the case and maintaining the fire door in an open state; and a releasing means maintaining the latching means in a latching state in general and releasing the latching means in case of fire so as to enable the fire door to be rapidly closed.
본 발명은 구조를 간단하게 하여 생산과 조립의 용이성을 제공하면서 마모와 손상을 최소화하여 내구성을 높이고 대외적인 경쟁력의 우위에 있을 수 있는 것은 물론, 방화도어의 개방상태를 지속적으로 유지하고 화재시 또는 필요시 방화도어의 닫힘동작에 지장을 초래하지 않게 되므로 안전을 담보할 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 문틀에 설치되는 케이스와; 상기 케이스의 내부에 방화도어에 설치되는 도어클로저와 연결되어 방화도어를 개방상태로 지속적으로 유지하기 위한 걸림수단과; 평상시에는 걸림수단을 걸림상태로 유지하고 화재 발생시 걸림수단을 해제하여 방화도어를 신속하게 닫을 수 있도록 하는 해제수단으로 구성하는 것이 특징이다.
