The present invention relates to a balcony railing of an apartment house. More specifically, the railing installed in a balcony is easily separated when necessary such as moving, and a usual accident caused by separation due to an incomplete coupling state or unconscious contact by protecting a control lever while a fixing protrusion is inserted into a storage groove.
본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 발코니 난간대에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 이사 등 필요에 따라 발코니에 설치된 난간대가 손쉽게 분리될 수 있도록 하는 한편, 고정돌기가 수용홈으로 인입된 상태에서 조작레버를 보호하여 평상시 무의식 중의 접촉이나, 불완전 결합상태 등에 따른 분리로 인한 안전사고 등이 발생되지 않도록 하기 위한 공동주택 건축물의 발코니 난간대에 관한 것이다.
